The living room is beautifully appointed with real hardwood flooring, adorable furnishings and a large Smart TV for streaming your favorite sports and shows. The kitchen is nicely updated, fully-equipped with modern appliances and well stocked for enjoyable in house dining. Dine indoors around the table or step outside for alfresco dining and BBQs on the outdoor deck.

949 Sealoft comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with quality bedding, a flat screen TV, a renovated bathroom with a shower and a private deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen poster bed and access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 is a loft bedroom outfitted with 2 twin beds, sharing a bathroom with Bedroom 2 and enjoying an additional deck with expansive golf views.

Sealoft Villas Seabrook Island are nestled in a secluded setting with beach access across the street, a community pool and a quick bike ride to the Seabrook Island Club. Our Seabrook vacation rentals are located across the island and wherever you choose to stay you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Your stay includes amenity access for the Seabrook Island Club, the island’s hub of activity with two oceanfront community pools, two championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball at the Racquet Club, and on-island dining. The exclusive Beach Club offers a true island escape with a soft sand beach, shaded cabanas, sun loungers, two saltwater swimming pools and oceanfront dining!

All guests of Seabrook Island may access the Equestrian Center and SIPOA Lake House*. Featuring one of the few beach rides on the East Coast, the Equestrian Center caters to riders of all skill levels with three miles of horse-riding trails. Overlooking the Palmetto Lake is the island’s Lake House including a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and wellness activities.

Pool Access: Community pool for Sealoft Villas. Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalk #3A is just across the street from the Sealoft complex.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted at this property.

Parking: Covered parking at this free standing cottage. Maximum number of vehicles is 2. Car pass fee is an additional $45/car.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
