Summary:

This 6 bedroom plus 1 bedroom apartment Mediterranean style house is perfect for up to 14 people comfortably accommodated. Just 15 stairs are between you and the white soft sand of the one of most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica: Flamingo.



The Space:

The house is located right in front of Flamingo beach and surrounded by luscious green, which will make you feel immersed in this beautiful scenery. The wooden-vaulted ceilings give a warm atmosphere that welcomes you to relax and enjoy. The subdued color and abundant wide windows are thought to give tones of natural light and fill the house with the breeze of the tropics.



The house has a master bedroom upstairs overlooking the ocean, it has a king-sized bedroom, a living room with a smart TV with cable, and a large Master bathroom with a hot tub. Downstairs you'll find five more bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen -sized bed and its own full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen -sized bed each one sharing a full bathroom, and two more bedrooms with 2 single beds each one sharing a full bathroom. Totally separate from the house there is a 1-bedroom apartment with a King -sized bed, living area, and full bathroom. All of them with top-of-the-lines mattresses and lines for you to rest very comfortably and wake up brand new. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Among the amenities, you'll enjoy an infinity edge pool overlooking the beach, the Flamingo Marina is located at the south end of the bay. The house is close enough to everything, the top-rated restaurant Coco Loco is located only 500 meters away.



There is free high-speed WiFi all around. The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap.

Pet Friendly

Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:

- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.



- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.



- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.

Beautiful location

Best location, view and beach. Plenty of space for our group of 14. Property needs a few repairs but still worth the visit. Daily maids and round the clock security. We thoroughly loved our stay!

Relaxing Couple Of Days

We stayed for 4 nights at this amazing location right on the beach. Restaurants in walking distance. Beautiful Flamingo beach and other beaches near by… we even had massages at the house on the upper balcony!!

Best location on Playa Flamingo

This is a great property and location, just a few steps to a wonderful beach. The pool is great, and house layout works really well. We were there end of season, and the property could benefit from some basic maintenance, but nothing serious. Communication with the property manager was good when booking, not so good during our post-booking / early planning phase, then excellent and responsive in the week or so before we arrived and until we left. For the listing, I suggest including a picture of the floor plan, so that it’s a bit easier to understand the actual layout of rooms. We were an extended family group of 13 adults, in April 2024. The walk to Coco Locos and Playa Flamingo for restaurants and basic shopping was enjoyable. We highly recommend this property and absolutely would consider returning with a similar group.

Family vacation to our favorite spot

This is the second time we have stayed here with our entire family. This time it was 14 of us including four generations. It was a great trip, and the on-site staff are great. They cleaned the house every day, and there was always a caretaker on site to help our or watch the house. One of the gentlemen even helped me change a flat tire on one of our cars. Just a spectacular location, setting, and property.

Absolutely Amazing Getaway from it all!

I went with family and friends. The property is perfect for getting together in common areas AND having privacy or a place to go crash when you want a little quiet. All bedrooms and suites have their own exterior door which I didn't completely gather from the online profile, but I did love. It's literally on the beach. Fantastic views walking along the beach at sunset. We were lucky enough to have both calm and a little more adventurous days of surf. Restaurants within walking distance as well as stores and people selling their souveniers and offering massages on the beach. :-) I really can't say enough about the house "keepers" as they call them. Alonso, Stephen, and of course our main contact Alex were all amazing. Above and beyond, each of them. I will be visiting Costa Rica again and will more than likely be staying at the same place if I'm lucky enough to book it in time!

Perfect loacation

Great house with prime location on the beach and wonderful pool. Very clean with lots of space for large groups. Alexandra the host was SUPER helpful for any questions before and during our stay. Chef Karen is highly recommended! Would stay here again for sure

Great location and staff!

Our party consisted of 13 people, ranging from young kids, teenagers, and adults. Everyone had a fantastic time and this property provides something for everyone. We enjoyed an awesome meal at the house prepared by the Singing Chef, playing in the waves at the beach, evenings in the pool, excellent sunset dinners at Coco Loco, a private catamaran cruise, golf, fishing, and a jet ski tour that included cliff jumping and caves. And we never ventured further than a 15-minute golf cart drive from the house. We loved the direct access to the beach and found Playa Flamingo to be less crowded than Tamarindo. Alexandra and the rest of the staff were extremely attentive to everything we asked for.

Beautiful Location

The location of the house is epic. Gorgeous ocean steps away and the views are phenomenal. The house set up is a bit awkward and the common area was small for our group of 12. But the great service with the conceirge who arranged all of our excursions as well as everything else made up for it.

Amazing Location....right on the beach.

This house is in one of the best spots Costa Rica....right at the end of a beautiful beach. The location is prime, but the house is pretty tired and worn. They need new sheets and bedding. I loved sitting in the pool and watching my son and friends surf. We sat on the balcony and had dinner as a family. This is a spectacular location.

This property was older but amazing!

Our family was in paradise for a week! There was plenty of room for 9 adults. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. The swimming pool and upkeep of the property was impeccable. There were some ants and some animals in the guest house ceiling that made quite a noise at 1:00 a.m. The water was also very temperamental. Overall, we loved Casa De Playa! A few upgrades would add to the beauty of the house, view, and beach!!

Amazing Stay!

We had a group of 12- 6 adults and 6 kids and we had a fabulous time at this property. Having beach access and a pool right there made the day full of fun in the sun. We had a chef make us breakfast everyday. Highly recommend Karen. The only negative was that we had issues with a few of the showers. The shower barely worked in the 1 bedroom apartment and the shower did not work in the upstairs master if someone below was taking a shower at the same time. We made it work. The listing also says it comes with 4 kayaks. Only 1 kayak is in working condition. I would highly recommend this property. You’ll have a wonderful time.
