Disfruta de la piscina privada en el patio trasero, cena de barbacoa, luego, a última hora de la tarde, ¡los fuegos artificiales de Disney iluminan el cielo! Si está aquí por negocios, no es un problema, tenemos espacio para usted, nuestro extensor de Wi-Fi debería ayudarlo a hacerlo. Smart TV con Netflix y más.
La cocina gourmet está totalmente equipada para cocinar u hornear, encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, entornos privados, árboles frutales para elegir.
4 dormitorios, 3 baños, 4 autos pueden estacionar en el camino de entrada. 11 máx. En las camas (tanto el sofá futón como la silla a juego se despliegan en una cama, se encuentran en la sala de juegos). Tenga en cuenta que la silla no sería lo suficientemente grande para un adulto. Amplio plano de planta abierto, todos los pisos de travertino en la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar y las habitaciones tienen pisos de madera noble. Enormes ventanas para mostrar una vista del patio trasero. ¡Esta casa te hará sentir como en casa lejos de casa, perfecta para entretener a familias o grupos por negocios, fiestas de recepción nupcial, vacaciones o amigos reunidos! La sala de juegos tiene una mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong, tablero de dardos y un juego de baloncesto.
Bien iluminado alrededor de toda la casa para proporcionar una sensación de seguridad y protección.
Muy importante: aunque todos los baños son de buena calidad, no han sido remodelados, son pisos de mármol y baldosas cuadradas estándar, todos los accesorios nuevos y todos los inodoros nuevos, pero no duchas y lavabos nuevos.

Disney trip

This worked perfectly for our 3 day trip to Disney Land. My wife and I , our kids and grandkids slept very comfortably. The house has plenty of space. The 3 bathrooms were perfect for our large group. I loved having room to park our 3 cars in the driveway. There were plenty of amenities, though we didn’t use many of them. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was responsive, house was clean and in good location for convention. The only deduction would come from the fact that the pool needed cleaning, but then again, no one had time to use it this trip.

House was in a great location. Was a bit worn. Pool was nice and pool table in the garage was great. Sliding door didn’t lock. There was a stick in the door to keep from opening.

We absolutely LOVED the home, everything was within distance. Disneyland, the beach, the mall, grocery stores....it was PERFECT! You have a great set up and we hope to make it there another time. Thank you so much for your hospitality during our arrival.

Excellent Property; No Pool in Winter

This property and manager are excellent in everyway. The house was clean, bright, and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very responsive and flexible and very polite. The only downside of our stay was that the pool is unheated.

Perfect for out Conference

My colleague and I stayed here instead of the conference hotel. It was a welcome break from the daily sessions to have a home to come to. Master suite was well-appointed; I appreciated the handheld shower head for my curly hair and the bed was very firm but supportive. My colleague stayed in the room with a view of the pool; she was very comfortable with the shared bathroom at the end of the hall. The kitchen has the necessary dishes, cookware cutlery and glassware. It was lovely to have on-demand filtered water. We didn't make any meals due to our short stay and busy schedule, but it was a comfotable space to send a few emails and relax. I could definitely see a large family or even 2 very friendly families staying at this property with easy access to theme parks and activities. The pool is a great bonus. It isn't heated, and neither of us decided to swim but it was comfortable to put your feet in to cool off and relax after a long day of walking. Communication with the owner and manager was seamless via the app. They were very accomodating and helpful.

Cousin trip to Disney, Universal and Knott’s

Overall, this property was fine and worked for our family. The game room in the garage was a big hit with our boys (ages 9 & 11). A big disappointment was the pool. It’s not heated and that was not clear from the listing. In fact, the listing stated that it could be heated for a fee. In general, the house is very dated and seems like a bit of a DIY flip. The floors are very uneven and would pose a trip hazard for anyone who might be unsteady on their feet. The kitchen is functional but very poorly equipped - no scissors, no pairing knife, no serving bowls. Would also have been nice if there were items like plastic wrap or ziplock bags. Some basic instructions would also have been helpful - how to use the TVs, how to sort the recycling and dispose of the garbage. Given the price point, it did not meet my expectations.

Where do I begin...

I wish I could give this property zero stars. It was filthy when we arrived. I had to go to the store and get cleaning products to clean the kitchen before we could cook or eat in it. My kids were walking around barefoot in the house and the bottoms of their feet were black. I wish I could post my pictures. The refrigerator was disgusting. I'm pretty sure the pictures on the HomeAway site are photo shopped. The pool area was run down, the heater didn't work, and unusable. The grill was so dirty, I don't think it had ever been cleaned, we could not use it. The table, chairs, and loungers outside were covered with bird poop. The air conditioner in the home did not work and it was so uncomfortable. Problems with the wifi that Krystal, the property manager/cleaning lady (haha), blamed on the family's kids that were there before us. I have pictures of the filth in between and around the washer and dryer. There were cigarette butts everywhere in the back yard. The pillows had big yellow stains on them that I noticed when I was making the bed...after we had slept there a few nights, nasty. The showers had moldy grout. My son and I both got sick during our stay, hmmmm!!! The coffee maker was so gross, we ended up just going to Starbucks each morning (another expense). This place, in my opinion, is complete false advertising. The pool table was an old piece of junk, the balls fell through the pockets onto the floor because almost every pocket had a hole in it. I believe that the good reviews had to be fake, maybe left by friends of the owner??? What a waste of money but, we had already paid for it and had nowhere else to go. I can't believe there was a cleaning fee, I should have gotten that. Then, for the final blow, our security deposit was charged a credit card possessing fee , so only a partial refund, make sure you read the very fine print!! What a rip off. Thanks for ruining our family vacation.

It is so unfortunate that I see all the things you have said here, one of the very reasons I meet every guest at the house when checking in is to assure there isn't anything my guest is unhappy about, if there is an issue then it would be taken care of right away. I personally spoke with you and your husband and you both stated you loved the house, you stated it was beautiful and clean! I checked on you the very next day via text, again you had no issues, or complaints that you expressed to me. I clean these homes myself and The conditions you describe are never acceptable. Not only did Ray and I go out of our way to accommodate your request of a day early check in which you stated to Ray you would arrive at 7pm then called me at 11 stating you wanted to show up at 12, and when I asked you about the original time of 7 you told me you changed your mind. I do a deep clean on the floors monthly but to accommodate you I postponed until your check out. Upon check out you took your time knowing the next guest was arriving that day and you stayed past 11:30, and we did not charge you. We strive to make every guest happy and its unfortunate for you, its impossible, I pray you find some inner peace. Regards Krystal

My review for this Rental House...

I read the House advertisement about the house. First thing I stepped in. Rules posted to take your shoes off in this 50+ year old pieced together house. If that was in the advertisement, I would have not rented the house. At this price you would expect luggage racks, or something so you don't have to your suit case on the floor. Cheap and lacking furniture. Floors uneven because of pieced together house, 4 places steps or uneven in house. Front pouch step most dangerous, would never pass "any safety inspection". Heat not balanced, hot one room, cold the next room. Game room in old garage, no heat, pool table ok, couch terrible needs replaced, old ripped balls for basket shooting. Checking in was so un-friendly, although I sent a pre-Text. He sent me a person and phone number to contact over Verbro, "useless" as Vrbo x's out ALL phone numbers in messages. Owner don't even know this? You would think a Text / Phone call or something, cold, like pay me is all he cares about. We never spoked, although I called him, no return call? Advertised as walking distance to Disney, Not at all, Un-Safe, Traffic, Not Practicable. Showers in Bathrooms very good. Senior Toilets, very good. Every thing on extensions cords in rooms as not enough outlets in rooms. Cold so we did not use Air, no comment. Only one broken down couch in TV Room, seats 3 at most, where does others sit? TV had no Local Live Anything, No Cable, or Direct, Dish, only Terrible Internet TV, just Old unheard of movies. Other words "Cheap out". House just Old, Dated, musty smell, no carpets, which made all the sounds loud. Scale 1 to 10, I would rate it for a place to stay, 4 at best. For the money charged and fee's a , a 2 Rating would be high For this place. "Do Not Recommend" . I am a Seasoned Traveler, this review accurate for future travelers. Thank you, Frank c '

We had a great experience here. The home is conveniently located; close enough to Disneyland but still tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Good parking for two vehicles. Very clean and well stocked.

Horrific nightmare!!!

Where do I start? Check in 4p.m. stated on site regardless of arrival! Arrived at 3:00pm. House not cleaned till 5:45! After cleaner left premises, microwave filthy, expected to wash towels ourselves(left dirty from previous renters), black widows in hallway, pool table full of disgusting stains! Small couch for 4 people to watch TV. We had 7. Comforter in master bedroom old and rugged! Every trash can in house filled to brim with garbage day we arrived!! Dangerous steps throughout house and uneven molding causing potential falls!! Grandson did stumble and fall!! 13 years old!! Bottom line, owner deceived us not being honest in house description and not cooperative when we emailed him with problem issues!! He refused to make things right when I attempted to discuss areas of concern!! I expected an apology and at the very least cleaning deposit refunded!! I have rented several rentals from VRBO and never disappointed but this rental was an extremely, horrific experience!!! C.P.

A Quick Skip to Disneyland

The home was just as the pictures listed. Very clean, comfortable, and was able to fit all three families that traveled along with us. It was a great getaway from the crowds of Disneyland to relax and recharge. We would definitely book again.
