Impresionante y altamente actualizado hogar de la piscina perfecto para 2 familias. Hermosa casa de 5 dormitorios con 4. 5 baños. Tres maestros de Cal-King con suites. Dos habitaciones para niños con literas Full over Full compartieron el baño del pasillo. Dos maestros y una sala para niños en el piso principal con el maestro restante y la sala para niños en el piso superior. Todas las habitaciones tienen 43 'TV LCD con cable. Dos sofás cama en la casa: uno ubicado en la parte superior de las escaleras, el otro en la entrada.

Cocina de alta calidad con hermosos gabinetes personalizados y encimeras. Herrajes mejorados y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable: estufa, horno incorporado, microondas, refrigerador y lavaplatos. Cocina parcial de concepto abierto conduce al comedor y sala de estar. La sala principal tiene un televisor LCD de 60 'con reproductor de Blue-Ray / DVD. Home cuenta con internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y servicio telefónico gratuito en todo el país de EE. UU. / Canadá. La casa tiene aire central y calor.

La sala de juegos se encuentra en el garaje justo al lado de la sala de estar. La sala de juegos tiene ping-pong, mesa de hockey de aire 3-1 con billar y juguetes. Se proveen cochecitos, sillas altas, juegos para niños, asientos elevados para el uso de bebés y niños pequeños. También se encuentra en el garaje es lavadora y secadora. Hello, our stay was nice we loved the space and the room for everyone. Pool was nice and enjoyable. Easy access to the house.A couple of cons but not a huge deal. Water pressure seemed low in kitchen, not enough trash bag. Thank you for having us

Anaheim getaway

Love this place since I get to the location as I enter the house, the place is well organize and cleaniness with beautiful display. There is lot of playing space for difference activities at the same times as I can't describe about the place etc.. one conclusion is beautiful and spectacular which everyone will love this home...well layout.. love it.

The property is being maintained very well. We were a group of 12 people. 5 bed 4.5 bath was very convenient. Kids enjoyed being in the pool and jacuzzi. Overall experience was great and inspiring us to take on more if such trips.

Great for graduation weekend!

The home offered the privacy and amenities our multi-generational family needed to best celebrate our grad. Distance to Disney was a plus. Some general maintenance was needed, but not enough to cause significant inconvenience.

Fantastic property, cumbersome booking process...

The facility was perfect. Orange County clearly has vacation rental property rules that detract from the emitting just a bit, but the property itself was better than expected. We may rent again during the summer. I would imagine return renters will have an easier time booking. Some of the rules and the safety alarm for the pool made it hard. For instance, we had children in the pool and one of the rules is "no screaming", which we understand to a degree, but trying to keep kids quiet while splashing in a pool is a bit of a downer. Not too mention, the next site neighbor spent multiple hours in the middle of the day using a chainsaw. Not only was it noisy, but saw dusty and wood shavings fled over the fence. This drove home the idea that we are guests and not allowed to make ourselves at home. The chainsaw is acceptable, but our Bluetooth speaker playing music could have gotten us fined and kicked off the property with no refund. That is our only big complaint. I do wish the rules have space for human error, but no biggie. Once again the property was great. I would love to rent it again. The owners/ managers were very communicative. Oh... there were no ping pong balls. Had I known i would have picked some up.

Game room (garage) was a really nice featureHot Tub was great once we figured out how to work itA couple of small things:One, the BBQ needs some work (not all of the burners function)Two, the pots/pans can use an updateThree, the griddle needs fixing Four, the Viking needs to be functionalOther than that, it was still a very functional kitchen and quite roomy.

Family Vacation

The size of the house was perfect to fit for the amount of family that stayed in the house, 12 people. Complimentary items like baby equipment, games for the kids and relaxation. Comfy beds, and a big kitchen for family meals.

The house is beautiful love everything except for the poo area every time we go out the alarm go off

My stay was beautiful. Everybody loves the house. Everything was perfect except we couldn’t use the pool. We got confused with the alarm system so I made everyone stay in the backyard.

Happy Times

We were amazed when arrived at the property. It was beyond our expectations. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The children swam in the pool and the hot tub on a daily basis between our visits to all the attractions. We had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The concierge service for groceries was excellent.

Property needs some care

Handle on back door came off not even opening it but the other door and it fell off. Pans are all scratched up so days of food not cooked. Not one pan in any shape to cook out of. Siren on back door is annoying as heck for guys on biz trip. Food under attoman in family room. Looks like Oreos. Not cleaned.

Perfect Vacation House

We loved our stay at this house! Clean, close to everything we wanted to do while in California and super comfortable for me, my sister, and my kids. We had everything we needed while we were there. The pool and sauna were the cherry on top! I can’t recommend this house enough and would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area!

Nice home

This was a nice home, good size, clean. We enjoyed our stay. That being said there are a lot of rules that come in a contract after the purchase. The Garbage cans (4 of them) we all full so it was hard to add our trash to them. And the dryer is not great. We had to wash the pool towels and return them before we left but it took 4 cycles to get them dry. After the first cycle, we split the load into smaller loads and it took 3 more cycles. Overall great place to stay, minor issues.

Anaheim and vacation rentals aren't a good fit.

Property management was quick to resolve a plumbing issue affecting water pressure and showers in multiple bathrooms. Main freezer didn't maintain freezing temps, food loss of our ice cream melting and freezing again, making them hard. There was another fridge/freezer in the garage, but didn't help as the issue already occurred. Anaheim sound policies after 10PM should be more apparent in the listing. We did get a warning from their security company when we used the jacuzzi after dark. If you're looking for outdoor recreation after 10pm on the property, look for cities with less restrictions, this is not an issue with this property, but Anaheim itself. The city will fine the property owner and the guest for infractions. There are external cameras, including ones that face the pool. Kitchen was stocked well enough with dishes and cooking pans for our needs. From reading other review issues we had maintenance related we thought would have been handled since others had mentioned them, they were not, again it was handled while we were there, but could have been prevented.

Perfect Home, Perfect Location

Beautiful home with an amazing pool and spa. This home is great for a family with any age children. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, very private in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. If you want to visit Knotts Berry Farm or Disneyland the of this home is perfect.

Beautiful oasis in Anaheim

We had a wonderful time ! We had a wedding in Pasadena then traveling down to Ansjeim to be close to other friends & family to see the soghts of Los Angeles & Disneyland!!! The house was so big & spacious & just what we needed to spread out and enjoy the pool, hot tub & game room !!! Our crew had so much fun ! It was better then hotel so we could all be together!!! We will definitely be back soon !! All worked out just as expected !!! Thank you !

Worked great for Disney trip

We had a great time staying at this house. The location worked great for us. The pool was amazing for our kids. There are lots and lots of rules which seem a bit excessive but they were well explained ahead of time and didnt really affect our time there.

nice house in need of repairs

Beautiful home. However it seemed like everything wanted to break down on our visit. our dishwasher was out of service, and the pool filter took a day of swimming away from us. But the property manager had someone out to fix the issue as soon as they could. Also there is a strong presence of Opossums in the area so would like to see some of the holes under the fences addressed to help keep them out of the back yard. We spent a day chasing them away in the back yard. Overall it was a great experience. The property managers were accommodating and gave us an extra late check out for the inconvenience
