Our Cozy home is situated in the beautiful mountains of the East Tennessee area. Located at just under 3 miles to Pigeon Forge, 15 miles from Gatlinburg, and 9 miles to the heart of Sevierville we are close enough to enjoy everything on your list! 4 season home with 1100sq. feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accommodates 6. Large deck with outdoor furniture and greenery provided, Game Room for kids, BBQ grill and Outdoor fire pit available, situated on a private lot surrounded by nature.

Great communication. Very cute and quaint. For a cabin in the woods, it was a very nice stay. Location was perfect for what we had planned in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Plenty of room for our family of four. A little tricky to find the first time in the dark as it’s off the beaten path. Couldn’t find oven mitts but otherwise equipped for cooking.

A group of four teachers stayed for a weekend to relax. The area was nice and quiet. Seating on the deck was nice. The property had everything we needed, except enough washcloths. The beds were comfortable. We had a bear walk right through the front yard our first night, and that was exciting! The only suggestions I would make are to make the outdoor flowers look more realistic (or do away with them altogether) and to provide two washcloths per guest. There is a washer and dryer to do laundry so we were able to launder the towels and washcloths. It needs to be noted there are 3 air conditioning units throughout, and each one said they needed to be cleaned. I think a humidifier in the main living space would help. The game room needed to be straightened up a bit. Kids would love that space. Overall, I’d say it was a nice stay. Communication with the hosts was exceptional. Just a couple little tweaks here and there, and it would be 5 stars.

And yes, a bear walking through the yard is definitely a unique experience you don’t get everywhere! 🐻 Honestly, after a front-row wildlife show like that, I almost expected a 6-star review ⭐️ not every guest gets that kind of bonus! We appreciate your suggestions and will take a look at a few of the items mentioned. We typically provide two washcloths per bed, but I’ll follow up with our cleaning team to make sure everything was properly stocked for your stay. I’ll also double-check with them regarding the A/C units, as they are cleaned and serviced regularly. That said, we do find it a bit surprising that a stay described as comfortable, well-equipped, and with “exceptional communication” resulted in a 3-star rating. Our goal is always to provide a true 5-star experience, and we’re always refining the details to get there. We had a great time! The property was clean, cozy and everything worked. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay even nicer. Nice isolated location but still close to everything. We would highly recommend this property and would stay there again!

The home was lovely. Warm and welcoming. the cabin had everything anyone could need from spices to pots and pans, washer/dryer, and a great game roo. and outdoor space. The cabin was exceptionally clean!. would highly.recommend to stay here!

It was fantastic! Very cute, very cozy, had all of the amenities we could need and then some. I absolutely loved the swings on the front porch and the layout of the house. It felt like there was plenty of space for 3 adult women without us also feeling too separated. Absolutely would recommend. Maria was kind and helpful when I had any questions, and provided plenty of information about the property and the area.

We had lovely time staying at Maria's place in the Smokies! It's so cute and tucked away in the woods away from all the hustle and bustle. We made a fire and roasted marshmellow's under a blanket of stars and enjoyed some great quality family time. Maria's place has a fully stocked kitchen that we utilized every day. It was very clean and organized when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect location for what we wanted! We stay in the PF area 4-6 times a year and this spot will definitely be added into our rotation. Comfortable and quiet. All of the comforts of home. Plenty of room. Maria was great with communication and checking on us. Close enough to get to the strip, but far enough away to feel like you are in the mountains. Campfire at night and sitting on the porch was ideal!

This was our second stay here, it's a beautiful property! Perfect if traveling with teens,everyone has their own space. The fire pit is wonderful! Maria is a wonderful hostess and great with communication. Highly recommended!
