I recently stayed at this condo during my Smoky Mountain trip, and it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect — just minutes away from The Island and Pigeon Forge Snow, with Kroger conveniently nearby for groceries. It’s tucked in a spot that helps you avoid the heavy traffic, which was a huge plus.The room was spotless and fully prepared for our stay. Plenty of towels, clean linens, and everything felt fresh. The host was incredibly responsive and provided all the information we needed right away.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware — easily enough for two families to cook comfortably. Overall, I strongly recommend this condo for anyone planning a Smoky Mountain vacation. It made our trip smooth and enjoyable.

This place was in the perfect spot, and although there were a bunch of stink bugs and the bath towels were a little too thin, it’s by far one of the best places we have stayed at, and we will 100% check to see if this is available when we come back down!

A Experience! Beautiful condo close to everything in Pigeon Forge. The owner was super helpful, she was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. The beds were really comfortable (I almost never say that about a rental or hotel) and we found everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. She even had liquid handsoap at all the sinks which was a nice touch.

Four of us came down for the Corvette Expo. We needed something with good parking and close to the strip. The two king beds are always a filter for me, got to have them! The condo was great, clean, plenty of kitchen supplies and also the balcony was the best for morning coffee, afternoon naps and evening sunsets! Host is very responsive, which is always appreciated!

We were there for 7 day trip for a baseball tournament.I'll start with the positives:Condo is perfectly located between the both potential fields that you might play at. Its about 15 mins to the main park and less than 10 to the secondary park.The condo serves as a nice base for downtown and located close to many of the attractions. The facility also has an indoor and outdoor pool.The negatives.Upon arriving at the condo, the garbage in the kitchen was still full of trash. Okay not a deal break but annoying.We have two boys so we opened the living room sofa bed and there was hair, crumbs and a stain on the sheets. I messaged the owner and to her credit, she called the cleaning company who stopped by to pick up the trash and left more garbage bags. We ended up cleaning the sheets ourselves. The master bedroom bed has dips in it. It should be replaced. We ended up cleaning all the silverware because there were food bits left on them. On the list of things to do on checkout is to put items in the dishwasher and start, so Im not sure how there was dirty silverware. Overall, it was more annoying than anything to essentially have to clean that condo before actually enjoying the week.

They unfortunately forgot to remove the trash and properly prepare the sofa sleeper before your arrival. The unit was clean. This was more of a nice apartment rather than a luxury condo. Maintenance and upkeep were lacking. Air conditioning did not work during our stay as it was almost 80 outside. Owner's response was it's 30 in New York why do you need air conditioning. Basic essential kitchen items were lacking example, cutting board, knife to cut vegetables, adult eating utensils. Utensils provided were great if you're 3 years old.

Table took up nearly 30% of living room
Pans that had Teflon peeling coming off in your food
Silverware that's great if you're a toddler

Hi Jim, Regarding your stay from 02/17 to 02/25 in Pigeon Forge, I was a bit surprised when you mentioned needing the air conditioning. Since I live in the New York area, I had checked the weather forecast and saw that temperatures in Pigeon Forge were around 50–55°F, so I did not expect AC would be necessary at that time. However, once you informed me, I immediately contacted the property manager, and she arrived at the unit within 30 minutes — even though it was a weekend late afternoon. I always do my best to respond quickly and address any concerns as soon as possible because your comfort is important to me. As for the description of “luxury,” I understand that it can mean different things to different guests. Some may compare it to a 5-star hotel experience, such as a Sheraton. For me, luxury means providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space with new appliances, a new sofa, new flooring, and a mountain view from the balcony — all at a very competitive price. At $59 per night for your reservation, I believe it offers strong value for the quality and location. Regarding your other concerns, such as utensils and the cutting board, I will definitely follow up with my manager to make improvements. I truly appreciate you pointing these out, as feedback helps me continue to enhance the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us.
