Great location! Host was very responsive and on time for pick up and drop off. Home was phenomenal! Beautifully decorated with lots of seating room, as well as eating locations. Had dinner on the deck every night with the best ocean view in the world! Private and beach all to ourselves. Could ask for a better family vacation! 5 star all around!

Perfect vacation!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed are time at the Coral Reef house. Spectacular views, perfect location and the management company was attentive to everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Our best family vacation ever!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Coral Reef House was beyond our best expectations! It was a beautiful home in the perfect location and everyone was so comfortable. Great accomodations for a family. We were a bit nervous with the fine antiques and decorations. Fortunately our two grandchildren, ages 8 and 11, were very respectful of all of the fine furnishings and many many small decorative items. Over all, a gorgeous home! Tommy, the caretaker was very helpful and friendly as well! We would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay!

Amazing property. Having the concierge service made the trip extra smooth. Saltbox concierge service helped with making all the reservations and activities. Highly recommend! 5 star service.

Incredible House

Not only is this right in town with great views of the Atlantic and Hopetown Harbour but the house an event in itself. Very clean and all the amenities you need for a fantastic island vacation The house is well organized and well decorated Tommy took care of us but we needed no help with the house since everything worked perfectly

This house and its furnishings are amazing

The house, its location, its views are simply incredible. We had a family group of 8 adults and 3 grandchildren aged 4 to 6. The house is right on the ocean with magnificent ocean and beach views from the entire living area and some of the bedrooms. Across the street from the house is a boat dock which we used with a rental boat. The entire setup is as good as it could be.

Wonderful Thanksgiving in Elboy Cay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time with grandparents, parents and kids. Robbie our concierge was absolutely amazing at assisting with everything! He made sure that everyone was escorted to Elbow Cay. We had various family members arriving at different times throughout our stay. He also was available for recommendations and helping with reservations. The house was perfect for our family. It is in the prime location where you can walk to shops and the town docks. We rented a boat and the house came with a dock slip so that made everything easy! I would definitely recommend this location and absolutely recommend having Robbie assist with all of your planning!

Fabulous time in Hopetown

We loved the location. It was close to town and has its own dock which was very convenient. Robbie the concierge was amazing. He took care of so much for us and made the trip easy and seamless! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

Simply fabulous house and amenities, location, and property manager in Elbow Cay, Bahamas

Simply put, this is one of the nicest homes and location experiences we've had on a family vacation in a long time, perhaps ever. We visited Elbow Cay in July with family and friends, four adults and four teenagers. It was easy to assign rooms walking in, as every one of them was spacious and private, with their own bathrooms. The kitchen was open, the furniture comfortable, and the dining table perfect for both taking in the view and playing cards after dinner with the group. We spent most of our time on the unbelievable deck in the back. The house sits right on the beach, and every morning you could wake up to watch the sunrise on a large expanse of the back deck - there was always a breeze, so it felt as cool as it could and there were limited bugs as well. We closed down the day with cocktails looking out over the ocean (wire railing, so you can absolutely see the lovely view). There were many features about the place that made it a very relaxing spot: spacious and clean refrigerator, excellent AC, the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, you were able to make the bedrooms dark for sleeping if you wanted or keep the curtains open to the view instead, and there was a pool table in the basement that the kids and adults enjoyed. In addition to the amenities, the location of the home was fantastic - a short walk to town to little gift shops and several restaurants/bars where we sometimes ate as a family, sometimes escaped as adults, and loved playing both trivia and bingo on a few nights. The location for this was perfect - the house was quiet, but not remote, and grocery stories, pharmacy, liquor stores were easy to access. We were also able to use the house's private dock where we docked our rental boat at night. This was a short golf cart ride away. Having a dedicated dock space limited any stress associated with renting and finding a public spot. At the end of the day when we were tired from a long day in the sun on the boat, this was such a luxury. The caretaker of the the place, Robbie, was both attentive and fantastic. He was very thoughtful in his handling of our logistics, luggage, and helping us with any local information needed. He was incredibly responsive if we had an issue (we couldn't figure out the door lock one day, he was on it asap), and overall Robbie is a really nice guy that clearly cares about both the property itself and making sure we had a great time. I would go back next week if I could.

Family Reunion

Fabulous. Our family has been coming to, and renting in, Hope Town for decades, and this house is our favorite.
