6th Floor Oceans One - Ocean Front Unit!

Summary:
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent our properties.
Enjoy the Panoramic views of the Atlantic Coastline. This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 6th floor gives ceiling to floor glass for natural light, direct oceanfront views and views of and the Grand Strand as well. Go to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park and more that is just a short walk away. Ocean front pools, indoor and outdoor, lazy river, jacuzzi, splash area and fitness center for everyone to enjoy. (must be 25 yrs of age to rent)

The Space:
The space was just updated with new vinyl flooring (pictures coming shortly)

Pros:
-Great view with easy check in
-Washer and Dryer in the unit
-Large living space
-Two king size beds
-Over half of the unit is floor to ceiling of windows which allows you to view the beach and the city at the same time

Cons:
-Looking to get the kitchen cabinets replaced due to wear and tear
-Guests have complained about other units around them leaving the hallways smelling of smoke (cigarettes & marijuana) This is out of our control as we only own the unit not the building
-Feeling particles of sand on the floors when walking barefoot. The floors are hard to get every granule of sand off the floor as we are at the beach and it is in the air

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the indoor and outdoor pool areas in addition to the various amenities that the Oceans One Resort offers. However, the beach is the number one draw.
The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)

The Neighborhood:
The south end of Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach is a great area for family and fun. With Family Kingdom Amusement Park just a quick walk away and the kiddie water area right by the pools, you have fun right at your fingertips. There are also numerous oceanfront restaurants within just a few miles from the resort.

Getting Around:
Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber, Lyft, or choose to bike or walk. However biking and walking would limit your dining and activities.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Our minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.

Interaction with Guests:
Eagle Beach Rentals is located in Myrtle Beach and is always happy to help. However, we respect the privacy of our guests and most likely will not see them unless needed.
