Serene and modern, this spacious 2 bedroom - 2 bath fully remodeled condo is conveniently located steps from an amazing selection of casual restaurants, fine dining, shopping and beach rentals, and all this directly across the street from both Kamaole Beach I & II.

Welcome to Kihei Alii Kai and our vacation home community which offers the best of Maui coastal living.  Restaurants and shopping are all walking distance and across the street from miles of uncrowded, white sandy beaches.  Forgot something, no problem, convenient stores on either side of the complex which also have great souvenirs to remember your trip.

Eat out or stay in and cook in our fully appointed kitchen.  Enjoy the coastal decor and large living area, perfect to share a meal, a MaiTai, a game of cards or lovely chat at the end of an adventure filled day.

While overlooking the mountain view’s from one of the (2) lanai’s, you will appreciate the beauty of the island, impeccably kept grounds, olympic size pool, jacuzzi, sauna, tennis courts, pickle ball and BBQ area.

The master bedroom is a great retreat with en-suite private bathroom, wall to wall windows, an abundance of natural light and a private lanai.  A/C unit, ceiling fan and hybrid luxurious bamboo king mattress all for your comfort.

The guest room has a queen bed also with a hybrid bamboo mattress for your comfort and a full 2nd bathroom in the hallway just outside the guest bedroom.  Guest room has a ceiling fan.

Vacations are cherished experiences.  A romantic get-away, a peaceful retreat with friends/family, an inspirational place to work from home or looking to get in touch with nature.  Here you can watch the turtles come right up on the beach, otters at play and perhaps even a peek at the migrating whales.  You’ll find rare and beautiful birds soaring overhead or sanderlings darting across the sand. There is no shortage of wild life and beauty on land or sea.

Come to relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer or venture to nearby islands.

The convenient location is one of the main reasons we chose Kihei Alii Kai, take a minute to review pictures on VRBO to see some of the nearby convenient restaurants and shops.

Our vacation rental is set up for adults only.  We do love furry, four-legged friends, however No pets are allowed.  No smokers please.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Maui! The unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay—well-stocked, thoughtfully set up, and exactly as advertised. It was spotless, completely pest-free, and very well-maintained throughout.The location is absolutely awesome, with plenty of stores, restaurants, and beautiful beaches all within easy walking distance. Having everything so close by made the trip even more enjoyable and convenient.The facility itself was in great condition, and everything worked just as expected with no issues whatsoever. This property is exactly what you hope for when booking a vacation rental: clean, comfortable, and worry-free. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Maui, and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

First trip to Maui. Beautiful place and great food. Our Condo was in an excellent location at Kihei. Just a couple of blocks to beach parks and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The property and grounds are very well maintained. The owner was very responsive to our needs. Communication was excellent and timely. Highly recommend this unit

Perfect getaway

We had a great time. This place is close to walking to the beach for the day or staying by the pool. Also plenty of food within walking distance. It was nice to have a cooler bag and chairs for the beach as well as a washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much. Our host was very responsive to questions and gave us plenty of recommendations which was very helpful. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Lots of space to spread out for my family. Two beautiful full bathrooms and everything is recently renovated. Nice private balconies which we enjoyed every morning watching the stray cats roaming the area. We had almost direct access to the pool and hot tub area and found it very convenient to park in either upper or lower lot. Short 2 minute walk to the beach and the best restaurants in Maui including an amazing meal at Cafe O’Lei just next door. Maria was awesome in communication and gave me a thorough list of recommendations for activities and places to eat. Her recommendations were spot on!Plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and beach gear including a cooler and chairs. The blender came in handy for frozen smoothies. I would return to the same condo someday! We met lots of friendly people in the building. We brought our own pickle ball equipment but didn’t need to as there are two paddles in the closet along with everything else you might need. Thank you Maria, we had a great stay at your lovely home in Maui!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Kihei. The property was exactly as described and very clean. Less than 5 minutes to the beach. Plenty of places to eat right around the corner. The property owner was very responsive to emails. Highly recommended for couples.

Close to everything!

We had a very nice and relaxing time at the condo. We could walk to shops, restaurants and coffee places. Kam 1 beach was across the street, a few minute walk. Sunsets were amazing at the beach. Friendly people at the Kihei Alii Kai complex. A lot of stairs to get to condo. We did get in our steps in daily! Mahalo!

Overall the stay was awesome! Tiny ask - provide more keys for the swimming pool. It is very annoying to coordinate single key to enter and exit swimming pool area.

WOW! Would give Maria's Condo 20 stars if I could!!!

The condo was everything I could have ever asked for and then some. The location is the best in Kihei and the condo was incredible. Clean, New, Smelled great. The lenai is spacious and has incredibly comfortable furniture. Everything about the rental was high end! Great bedding, thick towels, comfortable mattresses, new (sharp) knives in kitchen, new appliances, etc... Can not recommend this property highly enough!

Everything as advertised

Maria and her Kihei condo lived up to all hopeful expectations. My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 2 adult daughters and we had zero disappointments. The condo’s 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for us, and are as beautiful as the pictures suggest. The complex is also in a great location for amenities and a half a block from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Maria - we had a great vacation!!

Amazing location and beautiful condo!

I highly recommend this unit. It is decorated so beautifully, the pictures do not do it justice! We walked everywhere. The description says that everything is walking distance, it really is only steps away to the beach, great restaurants and shops. We look forward to returning for a longer stay. Thanks Maria!

Perfect location for a beach getaway!

Beautifully remodeled condo literally steps from the beach. We cooked for part of our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner, Maria was easy going and so prompt and organized in her communication. We loved her restaurant recommendations especially Cafe Ole, which we walked to for an amazing dinner. We highly recommend this condo and we can’t wait to come back again soon! Thanks again Maria

Beautiful remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath very nice, close to walking to the beach. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation in Kihei seeing the whales. The property was exactly as described and very clean. Amazing Maui Beach Getaway!

I love Kihei and this complex is the best in Kihei. The host, Maria was friendly and informative and made every step of the process so easy. The decor is right out of a magazine, with a true serene Island feel. The bamboo mattresses were super comfortable. Each morning we walked right next door to Dolphin Plaza which had the best coffee shop, a great bakery and water sport rentals, then we walked across the street to Kamaole Beach Park I & II beach (my favorite beaches on the island) I can’t wait to come back for a longer stay! I highly recommend this unit, best in Kihei Alii Kai!!!

Amazing stay in Kihei

The location of the property is fantastic, but we really enjoyed the actual location of this unit in the complex. Not being in the ground floor made a difference for us from a previous stay. The unit is very clean (hugely important to us) and well stocked. The layout of the unit is very functional as well. Excellent washer and dryer - always a need when travelling! We had a couple of very minor issues that needed to be addressed when we first arrived and the owner was amazing to deal with. The issues were fixed promptly. Highly recommend staying here!
