No 604 | AC | frente al mar, Royal Mauian contempla con nostalgia la playa y más allá del mar azul cristalino hacia un antiguo volcán. Sigue los pasos entre dos playas de arena blanca y suave en Maui, aquí es donde realmente puedes sumergirte en la vida playera.

El estilo de vida abierto invita al panorama y a la brisa hawaiana en el interior. Afuera, el Lanai se abre como una cómoda caja privada a un teatro de playa debajo. Cenar con las olas, las coladas y los juegos, finalmente leer ese libro, o incluso escribir uno, es posible aquí.

La vista de la playa King Master Suite duerme con la banda sonora de las olas. La segunda suite se puede configurar con dos camas individuales / individuales o con camas combinadas con ropa de cama King. Cada suite tiene un baño y aire acondicionado.

La cocina completa cuenta con refrigerador y hielo, preparación de café, cristalería y vajilla, horno, microondas y lavavajillas. Los huéspedes también tienen la conveniencia de una entrada segura sin llave, un (1) espacio de estacionamiento, Wi-Fi rápido, televisión por cable, teléfono local y una lavadora y secadora.

Royal Mauian - South Kihei - es central entre las playas locales favoritas de Kamaole I y II. Snorkel playa a playa con tortugas marinas. Observe las ballenas, estacionalmente, desde el salón de césped frente al mar y la piscina climatizada. Beautiful unit! Could not ask for more! Stunning views overlooking the ocean and beach, which are just a few steps away from the property! Super clean and had everything you could imagine you might need...even a set of 25-lb. hand weights to get a little workout in! Stores & shops right across the street, so no need to even leave the property! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this unit & will be back!!!

A beautiful condo with spectacular views and wonderful owners. The condo is well stocked with beach gear, kitchen amenities, and comfortable furniture. What a great place to stay

Excellent location, apartment exactly as described, very clean and well appointed. Nicely located within walking distance to restaurants. Beach was right out our door and off our deck. Enjoyed watching the whales and paddleboards! Thanks so much to the owners who were terrific!!

Life on the beach

this place is a gem in Kehei. Would definateley consider staying again. access to the beach anytime we want. very centrally located to all within walking distance. inside was very nice as well, took advantage of the BBQ twice they do need some type of shade up there however during the day. pool was also just a refreshing as the beach. reception desk very helpful and friendly.

Well maintained, fully equipped, clean

Everything went smoothly. The place was perfectly clean upon check-in. Fully equipped kitchen. Pleasant decor, uncluttered. We loved taking a dip in the ocean or snorkel daily--great location for that. The grounds has several hoses for residents to wash off salt and sand from self and items. Good owner communication.

The unit is conveniently located with beach access and wonderful views. It is nicely appointed with kitchen needs, spacious rooms and bathrooms. However the dryer didn’t work, the filter in the dishwasher was covered in scum as was the bottom of the dishwasher and one of the bathroom sinks was clogged with hair and wouldn’t drain. I had to unscrew the drain and clean out someone’s hair and under the hair found black mold. Also the base of each shower had mold. It was disgusting. A good cleaning with Clorox would go a long way!

Don’t Hesitate

This place is incredible. If it’s within your price range, stop scrolling and book now! Location could not be better. Walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee, groceries, and snorkel rental. We saw whales from the deck within minutes of our arrival. We never heard a neighbor. Space was very clean and perfect situation for our family of 4. Blackout curtains and AC in bedrooms. Don’t bring soaps/shampoos or hairdryer- it’s provided. Also had beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Walk to beach is across green lawn then you’re there- in a minute. Communication with host was excellent. Check in/out and parking was easy. Thank you, Karen, for an amazing stay! Could not be happier with our choice!

Just perfect

The location is A+, right between two terrific beaches (Kamaole 1 and 2), with beautiful ocean views. It's directly across the street from numerous restaurants and shops, so you don't need to get in the car if you don't want to. It's on the top floor, so there's no noise from people above you, and it's on the beach side of the street, so you hear the ocean instead of cars. The condo itself is clean and modern and up to date. Air conditioning and fans keep it nicely cool. Kitchen is nicely outfitted. Plenty of things you might need like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Property owner was very responsive and helpful with all of our needs.

Location is one of the best in Kihei. View is spectacular. Lanai always an option - no direct sun. Unit is clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable. Will be booking it again when we return.

Exceeds all expectations!!

This condo was an absolute perfect place for our little family of 4. So clean, updated and perfect location! The condo comes with everything you need! Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, washer and dryer, dishwasher were all wonderful amenities. Everything else is close by, within minutes!! Restaurants, coffee and smoothies stands, rental gear, stores, little souvenir shops etc. The roof top deck was beautiful place to have dinner with the sunset. We would cook all our food, go upstairs, BBQ the meat and have wonderful family dinners up there! You never need to leave the resort, that beach is the best!! Perfect for swimming!! We saw turtles, octopus, and so many beautiful fish every day when snorkeling! Having sand chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys provided were a wonderful addition!! Karen, the owner was so accessible and easy to communicate with prior to arrival!! We will definitely recommend this little piece of paradise to our friends and family!! It's worth it!!

Perfect condo in a perfect location

I can’t say enough amazing things about this condo. It’s a spotless top floor unit with a beautiful view of the ocean. The entire condo complex was so clean, and the location was perfect with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a snorkeling/paddle board rental place right across the street. My husband and I, along with our kids ages 18 and 21 had plenty of room to relax in the unit, and we spent every evening on the lanai or on the rooftop garden watching the sunset. We also appreciated that the unit had beach chairs and umbrellas, and body boards. There was also a cooler and sand toys for families to use. We are so grateful to Karen our host for her amazing communication, and will absolutely be back!!!

Great location and beautiful view!

The property was perfect for the four of us (2 adults + 2 11yo). We walked out the back of the building to either the pool or the ocean depending on the day! The balcony is exactly as the photos showed: you have a beautiful coastal sight line to the second of three local beaches. Parking was easy and the location was tourist central for Kihei. There were plenty of food options within walking distance and easy access to other driveable areas of the island. When the weather was windy we were at the pool, but obviously had the option for the ocean! We saw turtles along the coastline and took in plenty of sun. It was an amazing space for our group and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking at the Kihei area!

Amazing View

We loved everything about our stay from the views, location, comfort and cleanliness of the condo. The condo was fully stocked with toiletries, laundry soap, and spices. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and happy hour on the balcony each day. We saw many sea turtles everyday at the beach. The town had so much to offer from restaurants to rentals. We will have lasting memories to last a lifetime!!
