Located just 30 minutes north of Nashville, we offer the perfect balance of peaceful suburban living and easy access to the vibrant city life. Located in a quiet neighborhood by the lake, our property offer all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Plenty of driveway space for boat parking. With a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms, you will feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Sleeper sofa in living room allows property to sleep 6 comfortably. Fiber internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Cable included. Easy access to boat ramps. This is a duplex, so an additional unit can be booked if available. This would sleep a total of 12 guests. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds if both units rented. We have one ring camera on the front porch facing the front stairs/road. It will be on during your stay.

Austin communicated immediately upon the reservation being made and provided and amazing property. From cleanliness, to comfort, everything was just like being at home. This propriety was chosen based on location, but we will stay here no matter how far the drive around Nashville takes us on our next get together.

Softball Family

Property was as listed. It is a duplex and the other side was occupied by another softball family from another state so that was fun! Property was very clean but does have a musky smell to it but wasn't anything that bothered us. Austin was great at communicating. It is approximately 20 min drive from the Drakes Creek Park in Hendersonville where we were playing. Very close to fields if playing in Gallatin. Overall we had a nice stay.

Nice Place

We were in town for a Homeschool Track meet at Lebanon High school. The home was clean and met all of our needs for lodging. Cute set up & comfortable beds.

Only. 2 things was noticed one was the full set of plates. One of them was arrived and also the curtain at the back door and was broke off. Of it, but it was still hanging Other than that, it was a gorgeous place.

Holiday Back-up Stay

It was great location and place for overflow rooms and hangout for family get together. I recommend disengaging plug in air fresheners the day before renters arrive though, they were pretty intense in the small enclosure and hard on those with asthma and elderly. We unplugged the, aired the place out and the stay was great. Everything we needed and great communication with owner.

Short trip

The place was nice, just as pictured. The location was quiet and seemed to be close to a lot of restaurants etc. The only downfall was the AC is really loud and rattling so it was hard to sleep. Otherwise, it was a great place.

House was nice, clean with everything needed for a week stay. Just secluded enough to relax, close enough that short drive to everything needed; food/dining entertainment. Will stay again if need to be in the area.

Great spot!

Our family of 4 stayed for the week for a ball tourney in Gallatin. The location is great - restaurants and stores within a couple miles, but away from all the noise. Fishing on the lake about 5 mins down the road. Nashville is about 40 mins away. There was a deer in the neighbors yard one evening while we grilled. House was VERY clean and we felt the neighborhood/area was safe. Austin was quick to respond anytime we had a question or need. I would recommend this property!

Great place

This was a small, comfy, beautiful place. It was clean and accommodating. Nice neighborhood that's close to plenty of shopping and amenities. I definitely recommend this place.

Home Away from Home

This was my first time staying in Gallatin, and I must admit I feel like I hit the jackpot! The property was perfect. Clean, simple, comfy...in a wonderful neighborhood and located close to everything. The yard is lovely and whole vibe is serene. The host was amazing! He was responsive, kind and made sure my stay was the best it could be. I highly recommend either of the units in this duplex. Great way to see the cute town of Gallatin and visit nearby Nashville (half hour drive) without all the bright lights and noise of city life.

Outstanding and beautiful

Everything about this rental was more than expected from the host communication before and after; to the neighborhood, access to restaurants and grocery stores. House was cleaned to perfection and beautifully decorated to give a homely feeling. Everything worked and seemed brand new. Outstanding stay all around, if i could give more then five stars I would.

Great rental property in a very nice neighborhood!

Our stay was wonderful. The home is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We were in town for a Welch graduation and it was easy to get to the college and food was right along the way. It was clean, and well equipped with necessities. Check in and out was a breeze and the owners are very hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful rental experience!

It was everything and more.

My stay at this peaceful, quiet property was amazing. The owner was very communicative and thorough! In his beautiful modern home you’ll find two bedrooms, plenty of closet space, and a cute binder on the living room table explaining to you in full detail what’s expected in his home and fun local activities. While the drive from my home in Clarksville was a bit far it was truly worth it. My girls and I hardly wanted to leave. Since this home isn’t too far from larger cities it’s the perfect place for both rest/ relaxation and some fun!

I grew up just around the corner from this property. I have lived in Gallatin my entire life, except the 4 years that I spent in Knoxville, TN at college. I grew up fishing on Old Hickory Lake and hope that my guests get the same experience that has made me love this area so much.
