Bring the whole family to this ranch style, freshly renovated, 1300+ sq ft home in Wilmington with walking trails, tennis and basketball courts. Home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, laundry, cozy sunroom and an office space. All bedrooms have smart tvs and whole house WIFI. A 15-20 min. drive to Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach a 30 min. drive. UNC-W a 10 min. drive and Wilmington Airport 6.2 miles from the home w/ shopping, restaurants and many amenities a few miles away. Pets are allowed but there IS a pet fee.

This beautiful home totally matches the online photos and is even more stunning in person!! The host included so many thoughtful touches and amenities that really made this house feel like home during our stay in Wilmington. I would definitely return for a future family vacation or weekend getaway with the hubby.

Such a beautiful house !!!

We rented were in town for my grandson’s third BD !!! Wendy was a wonderful host !!! The house is amazing and she was always available for questions!!!! I was visiting with my elderly parents and the walk in showers were a blessing !!!

Another excellent winter getaway!

This was our second winter getaway at Wendy's lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to host dinner for our godson and his wife, and then with his parents. The house is full of amenities and the master bedroom has a very comfortable bed. We also enjoyed relaxing and reading in the sunroom. We loved walking in the quiet neighborhood and nearby drive to Smith Creek park. Downtown WIlmington and Wrightsville beach are within a 15-20 minute drive. Several grocery stores nearby... recommend America's Choice Gourmet for excellent frozen beef, chicken, pork and seafood.

Second Christmas stay

This was our second xmas and new yeats stay at this property. Love the close proximity to beach, shopping, restaurants and grocery. Neighborhood is quiet and love to walk the dog!! Its convenient for our son stationed at Camp Lejeune. Tuanks for an awesome place!

Merry Christmas!

We had a lovely family Christmas celebration! My apologies for the baby proofing. We moved everything to the sunroom to keep little hands from damaging all your decor. Bed was comfortable and we appreciated the abundance of towels! So convenient between our daughters who live in Kings Grant and Rocky Point.

Experiencing Wilmington Living

We enjoyed such a great week! The house is well designed and decorated in an inviting manner. We truly LOVED the master suite and the sunroom. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and our dog enjoyed the community park within an easy walking distance. Wendy was so quick to respond and was flexible with anything we needed (including a few extra hours needed last minute.) We would happily stay here again (and we hope to soon!)

This adorable home was clean and had everything you could need. We had a wonderful time, sipping coffee in the sunroom and shared meals in the main room. Communication was fast and clear by homeowner. The beach and the boardwalk with the restaurants and shops were all very conveniently located. We had a great time.

The house was beautiful. Amenities were great. All the extras were amazing. Sunroom was my favorite. Beautiful and relaxing. Very elegant. Papa San chair was my favorite. I’ll do it again. We were there for a wedding and this was icing on the cake.

Perfect in every way

We came for the weekend for a few concerts and this property was absolutely perfect! It was clean, had evening you needed, a great screened in porch, easy check in and check out and the host was very nice! I would 100% stay here again!!!

Just wow…

The house was so clean, everything was so well put together, and has everything you’d need and more. You can tell Wendy and her husband really take their time with this and ACTUALLY care about our stay! So from here on out every time I come to North Carolina, as long as their rental is available, That’s where I’ll continue to stay! 10/10 recommend!

Relaxing Vacation

Our stay was great! A very nice place to stay. Our only issue was actually Verbo’s. Their app was not working properly which gave us a delay in getting in but Wendy ( the manager) was on top of things and took good care of us.

Home from home

Property is very well equipped. A real home from home. Wendy is a great host, very helpful and able to asjust things to suit our requirements. Location is good with easy access to Wilmington, the local beaches, and I40/I140 for destinations further afield. Would happily stay again.

Cute stay in Wilmington

We had a great little stay at Wendy’s property for my nephew’s graduation. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the sun porch and the nice big yard was perfect for our small dog. A quiet neighborhood in a great location! Would book again! Thank you Wendy!

Excellent property

This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Host Wendy was very responsive when we had occasion to ask a question. The house was exactly as represented in the photos and made for a very comfortable and relaxing first time visit to Wilmington, which is a great town, easy to get around in, lots of things to do and Wilmington beach was very nice and reasonably close. Already planning to return to Wilmington next year!

Great location, very well equipped, lovely property with everything you might need for a short visit, or as in our case a longer stay. Wendy is a great host, very helpful and responsive to our needs. Wilmington Visit

Wendy was very responsive and helpful. Property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Downtown Wilmington was an easy drive (despite traffic issues related to bridge closure). We’ll gladly stay here again next time we’re in this area.

Superb winter getaway

We had a superb six-week stay. Host provided everything we needed and then some! The home is very clean and is located in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails. Shopping close by. The beds were quite comfortable. Would definitely love to come back!

We fell in love with Wilmington when our daughter went to UNC-W. My husband and I have 2 children ages 19 and 22. We continue to go to Wilmington often but wanted to offer our home to those who might want a place to stay other than spending large amounts at hotels like we did for so long. We have tried as much as possible to make our guests feel like they are at their home away from home. Our goal is for guests to love the home as much as we do no matter how long or short your stay.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our property is unique b/c we offer a home in a subdivision that just feels like home. Not a lot of traffic, people walking their dogs or just walking all the time. Our home offers an office for people taking a trip for work or who may need to work a little bit while on vacation. Our home also offers a wonderful sunroom and a spacious front and back yard.
