The place was nicely remodeled and updated. Interior photos were very accurate and property is waterfront. This was the off season so it wasn't too busy at the boat rentals that are in front of this unit. We walked to the Blue Igauna Bar/ Restaurant and the Upper Deck Restaurant and Bar is just across the lake. We have short drive to the Nauti Vine Winery. We had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend.

Quick Stay

Beautiful property and extremely clean. Exactly as advertised. Just stayed for one night to see a concert in town. Wishing we would’ve stayed for longer and explored the lake!

Loved the location and was close to restaurants and the ability to drink coffee lakeside from balcony! Would definitely rent again if in the area!

Great Location

My only complaint is the quality of the nattresses. The mattresses were covered with plastic. Every time my husband moved, he woke me, and vice versa. The matress creaked, was lumpy, and i felt like i was sleeping on soggy cardboard. Also i couldn't find any potholders in the kitchen. All in all it was a great weekend

This property was right on the lake with easy access to boat rentals, fishing, etc. It had all the comforts of home and was very well maintained. Our favorite part was sitting on the balcony and people watching. Inside the property is very quiet even with the busy restaurant and boat rental places so near. Owner was quick to respond to questions and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing experience

The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of all of the activities we wanted to do. The home was clean and beautiful. We loved the balcony and spent most of our time on it watching the boats go by. We all had an amazing time and plan to revisit in the near future.

Nice Place

Very low key place. Easy to get in and out. Property manager answered all questions right away. It has its own designated parking spot. Lots to do in the area. We did bring our own drinking water, but the property manager also had some bottled water available for us.

Very clean with nice open feel.

This is an upstairs unit with a good sturdy staircase and covered landing. It has a great layout and décor. Bath as you come in with both bedrooms on the other side of the unit. Dining area and kitchen next, together and open to a spacious living room with elevated covered deck beyond. Great view of the lake channel and sunrise. We put our kayaks in at the property lakefront dock and paddled for hours. It was a little tricky get back out of the kayaks and on to the dock for us senior citizens but we did ok and stayed dry. I would guess the channel gets busy during the summer months. Parking for our mini van and 17' kayaks was fine in the one well marked large parking spot. Nice Mexican restaurant and tequila bar a 1 minute walk away. Nice neighbors in the building. There were several amenities available in the apartment that were not mentioned like hair dryer, coffee, creamer, sugar and a bag of candy to mention a few. FYI, you might preferred bottled water vs the tap water. Highly recommended place to stay. Thanks Heather!

Beautiful place on the lake

We loved staying at Heather's property. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and cozy. There is a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Lots of cute touches with antiques and fun decor. Plenty of room to spread out and two nice bedrooms with big cozy beds. The hosts were very nice and helpful too.
