Cherry Road Play Stay

This suite is designed for families in mind. The space features an expansive attic space that includes a separate TV and play area for the kids. It is also located within walking distance of playgrounds, a movie theater, and the Massillon Rec Center that features an indoor splash pad.

NOTE: this is part of an up / down duplex and as such sound transfers. We have quiet hours and request guests show respect, but it is not perfect.

No cleaning fees *

We refer to this house as the `monster` house due to the surprising size of it. The house was built in 1905 and experienced some structural issues in recent years. The structure has since been solidified, but you will notice a slight tilt towards the back of the house. Everything has been deemed safe.

Upon entering the unit, there is a `mudroom` space, to store coats and shoes, as well as a locked door to the right that grants access to the whole house if the whole house is booked. If just this unit is booked, the door will remain closed and locked.

The first set of stairs brings guests to the main floor of the suite. To the left is the spacious, fully stocked kitchen with a beautiful view of St Mary`s Cathedral. To the right is access to the upstairs living/great room and play space as well as a bedroom with twin beds. Forward there are two bedrooms, the spacious master and an optional living / 3rd bedroom. The couch can be pulled out to a bed and doors grant privacy if guests want to use the space as a 3rd bedroom.

Up the stairs is the living / great room, with a dedicated office space and play space stocked with toys, a separate TV and DVD player for kids` entertainment.

Guests have access to the entire upstairs unit.

It is self check-in, however I am available and around the corner should you need anything.

**If the unit requires excess amounts of cleaning - it will be charged back to the guest. Excess means extra elbow grease to get the place spotless, not standard wear and tear. We include a cleaning checklist and checkout instructions in the suites so you know what is considered `standard`.
Smoking (Cigarettes, Vaping or Marijuana) is not permitted inside the house.
