Newly constructed family friendly 3bdr 2 full bath home in the heart of Sarasota paradise, 10 mins to Sarasota-Bradenton airport, 15 mins to famous Lido beach and 30 mins to great Siesta, Coquina-Cortez, Bradenton beaches, 5 min walk to brand new city park with 0.7 mile nature walk, pickleball courts and two playgrounds. After spending many months in countless vacation rentals ourselves we decided to open our own affordable vacation rental home designed for parties up to 6 people (4 adults max). We make no compromises when it comes down to quality of bedroom, bathroom, and household items, meaning that we regularly restock and replace worn out, stained, scratched items to preserve our standard of quality for every guest.
