Nuestra casa está ubicada en una ubicación perfecta. Una pequeña y tranquila comunidad establecida con vista a un hermoso lago a cinco minutos a pie de la famosa Academia de Golf y Tenis IMG Bollitieri. Una serie de excelentes campos de golf se encuentran a poca distancia en coche. Con su propia piscina climatizada y amueblada y mantenida a un alto nivel, nuestra casa cuenta con aire acondicionado en todas partes con elegantes ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones, incluida la zona de comedor cubierta externa. Dos amplios dormitorios principales, cada uno con baño y vestidores, y un dormitorio doble con su propio baño, cocina totalmente equipada con barra de desayuno y rincón para comer con microondas, lavavajillas y frigorífico, lavadero con lavadora y secadora, comedor formal. y áreas familiares con vista al lago. El jardín y la piscina climatizada se mantienen por completo. Algunas de las mejores playas y restaurantes de Florida están a solo unos minutos en coche, y el cultural Sarasota y St Armonds Circle a unos 20 minutos en coche. Absolutamente perfecto !

Bradenton bungalow

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton.The bungalow is very spacious and well maintained and located in a very quiet residential suburb. The property manager was very helpful.The pool is small if you want to spend much time in the water.

Perfect Rental Home in Florida

We have rented VBRO homes several times in the past years. This is absolutely one of our favorites. The house has all the things that need to enjoy a perfect vacation it is: clean, large, heated pool, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and any necessary cleaning items. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect to take long walks close by. The beaches are an easy 20 min drive away. The communication with the owner is great, she keeps you updated every step of the way. She even checked in with us at the start of the vacation to ensure everything was good. Highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Bradenton.

Quiet and relaxed

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Beautiful beaches just a short drive away. The manager was very friendly and always on hand if we needed her. Definitely recommend, and we would certainly stay again.

A lovely place to stay highly recommend

We have stayed in over 20 houses in this area over the years and this house did not let us down. It’s location is perfect, easy reach of all local amenities plus its 10 mins drive to the lovely beaches of Anna Maria Island which we love. The house itself is extremely well lates out and for the 5 of us we could all have our own space if needed. The house had everything you needed including all the chairs for the beach. Rooms were very spacious which our friends loved as it was their first time in this area. The pool was lovely with 4 loungers and table and chairs plus BBQ, we used them all. The view across the lake made sitting at night a relaxing time before heading out. If you want a lovely Florida house with everything near by book this one. Only one thing a visitors book would have been a bonus as its always good to see other recommendations of places to eat and visit. We had loads to recommend.our favourite restaurant The Waterfront on AMI and Two Scoops for amazing Ice Cream. We had a 100% lovely stay. Barry Kelly Toby Trevor and Linda👍

Our second and not the last stay

The house is located in very nice place at small lake, in a safe and quiet community and very close to Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key beaches, which are the most beautiful on Florida's west coast of Gulf of Mexico. The entire house incl. the pool is well-maintained, is spacious for a standard family and is very clean. The furniture is well-preserved and the only aged parts what could be replaced are the two sofas in living room (TV area). You will find in the garage everything what you need for enjoyable beach visit i.e. sun umbrellas, beach chairs and some stuff for kids. Supermarkets (Publix, Wallmart etc.), restaurants (Outback, Applebee's, Bonefish etc.) and all other services you need during your holiday can be reached by car in 2 to 10 minutes. In a range of 15 miles you have a large choice of public golf courses, if you like to play. This house is the perfect place for an active and relaxing holiday, what we really enjoyed this and last year.

Excellent Villa in a quiet location. Perfect.

We stayed in June 2018. The journey from the airport was around an hour, the driving instructions were excellent even with the small detour to the Walmart en-route. (within a 10min drive of the villa). The villa is in a really nice and quiet location bigger than it looks in the photo's, nicely furnished, very clean with everything provided for. The swimming pool was excellent, incredibly clean. The pool man was lovely and kept the pool perfect for us, he was also very knowledgeable on local activities) If you stay at this villa you will not be disappointed, we had a superb holiday without any problems. We travelled with two youngster 5 and 7 and they loved the freedom of their own pool. The owner of the villa made sure we had everything we needed before our holiday started, excellent communication prior to our arrival and was on hand if we needed any information or advice. would recommend watching a game of baseball Tampa Rays, exploring the beautiful beaches (maybe avoid the beaches at the weekend as it can get very busy), kayaking in search of manatees, sea turtles and dolphins in local sarasota, jumping on the sea screamer in clearwater to see the dolphins jumping in the wash of the boat. All in all a fabulous holiday would definitely recommend this villa. THANK YOU FOR LETTING US STAY.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful Home I joined my sister and her husband on the last two weeks of their holiday. This exceptionally large, spacious Villa certainly has the Wow Factor. Each room/area is very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean and has all the modern facilities you would need for your holiday. The location is perfect for local shops, amenities and stunning beaches. The neighbourhood and setting of this villa is beautiful, very quiet and surrounded by immaculate kept gardens. The outside patio area has a large table/chairs for outside dinning and plenty of sun beds. The pool is a perfect size to laze in and cool off and was always lovely and warm. It overlooks a large lake that has a abundance of wildlife that we enjoyed watching including the amazing sunsets. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay:)

Fantastic villa

What a fabulous and welcomed surprise we had when arriving at this villa, after a long and tiring flight from the UK. I can’t say enough about how beautiful this villa and the area it is in. The standard of cleanliness, decoration and it’s contents are first class. Every applicance looks brand new, and everything works. The pool and outside space is so clean and the bbq was well used on warm evenings. The local area is just so quiet, no noisy neighbours here. In fact although people lived there, we hardly saw anyone. Watching all the wildlife on the lake just outside the villa was so relaxing. One of the most important things on a holiday is the comfort of the beds. Well the beds are first class. So very large and comfortable, that I slept the best I ever have in a strange bed. The large fans in all the rooms are fantastic, as the are fully adjustable to the speed they run at. They were a very welcome addition to the air conditioning. This villa surpassed any villa we have stayed in before, and we have rented at least 8 in Florida before staying here. Thank you Debbie for all your correspondence, and I really hope we can come and stay in your fabulous villa again in the future.

Wonderful Villa, Great Location

We have stayed in this villa several times and it never disappoints. The location is perfect, close to everything you will need and only a few minutes to drive to the wonderful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The home is perfectly equipped with everything you will need, it works especially well for us as it has 2 en-suite bedrooms. This was the first time we have travelled in April and were really glad that we opted for the pool heating that was recommended by Debbie. We are already planning next years trip!

Ein Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt!

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und wirklich hervorragend ausgestattet. Es war für unsere Bedürfnisse einfach perfekt. Ich fand auch die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten sehr gut. Wir hatten einen äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, würde ich es jederzeit wieder buchen. Ein kleines Paradies!

Just perfect, beautiful home, fabulous location

We found this villa one of the best we have stayed in in Florida and we have travelled all over the state many times before. Beautiful location by the lake with wildlife visiting all the time, Herons regularly by the lanai! The pool was just the correct temperature with the heating and we swam every day. Plenty of shops etc within near location and not far to travel to the Gulf Coasts amazing beaches. Neighbourhood was very quiet and friendly. We only used part of the villa as only 2 of us this time, but everywhere was beautifully clean and kept up to date. Kitchen had everything a person could need to cook in, if not eating out is always easy in US. It was also very nice to be able to pull our hire car into the double garage when we returned keeping it relatively cool for next trip. All in all we had a fantastic time relaxing here and would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone. Thanks for having us Debbie, maybe use you again sometime if our health problems allow us!

Great house and great location

When we holiday in Florida we usually stay in Orlando and have a few days out at the coast, but this time round we decided to do it the other way round. I'm so glad we did, as this holiday was one of our absolute best in Florida. The house and it's location greatly added to that. The house itself is lovely, spacious and in such a great location - close to the beaches (Coquina, Cortez and Holmes on Anna Maria Island - 10-15 minutes drive, as well as Siesta beach in Sarasota - 25 minutes drive), restaurants (definitely recommend Anna Maria Oyster Bar) and a 24 hour Walmart around the corner (as well as a Publix). The facilities within the house are great, it also comes with deck chairs, umbrellas and cooler boxes for days out at the beach (we had loads of those and all these extras made such a difference). The swimming pool is great as well - overlooks a lovely lake. We had many a morning sipping coffee and watching the otters fighting over fish or the turtles and sunbathing birds providing endless entertainment! Thank you so much to Debbie and Andrew for giving us their house for 2 weeks to enjoy, we will definitely be back! Sue and Fernando

A beautiful home that made and excellent Vacation

The villa was beautiful with everything you could need and was extremely comfortable with a pool and lakeside view. The whole community is very clean and calm and has a nice neighbourhood. It`s centrally located close to Sarasota, Venice, St. Petersburg, Tampa and a lot of beaches. There are supermarkets, restaurants, banks, churches and shops just a few minutes drive away. We spent a lot of time at the beaches and exploring the area and had a fantastic vacation and all being well we will be back again next year. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice vacation getaway.

Return Visit

This is the third time we have stayed in Debbie and Andrews home and each time we have had a wonderful holiday. The home is located in a very peaceful and safe location and is close to beaches, shops and restaurants. The home has everything that you would need and we consider it a home from home. The owners are very easy to deal with and if there are ever any issues they are very quickly resolved. We cant wait to return

Return visit

This was our third stay in Debbie and Andrew's holiday home. We like the position of this house on a quiet residential estate but close enough to shops, restaurants and the beach. We were in Bradenton for a relaxing break and enjoyed mornings at nearby Coquina beach and afternoons by the pool. The house has everything that we need, including beach chairs etc if you want to use them. We often cooked in the house and found all that we needed but there are some great restaurants not far from the house. If you want to get out and about it is less than an hour to Tampa and the Tampa bay beach area and two hours to Orlando and the theme parks. The city of Sarasota is 20 minutes away and offers a variety of things to do. If you visit in the summer try to catch the free Friday night concerts at the Van Wezel centre. Debbie has been very helpful on each of our visits and Cathy, the property manager, is also very helpful and welcoming. A great place to stay.

Nice place to stay.

Very nice home. Fully equipped as it was we missed nothing during our 2 weeks stay. When we arrived everything had been prepared. Even our late arrival was no problem as the keys had been placed for us. The house is not brand new but clean and well-maintained. The owners are very easy to talk to and answer any questions quickly. The pool and the yard is treated every week. Places to shop are just few minutes away and the beaches at Anna Maria Island are close. I would recommend the house.

A very nice, clean house with all the facilities

A very nice and clean house with all the facilities you need for a Florida vacation. You feel at home at once. Very comfortable beds! Beach chairs to bring to the beach. The pool was very nice and clean and we ordered the heated pool and it was really warm and nice. We warmly recommend this house!

Very Good

Very good accommodation in a central spot for both beaches ,shops and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and well stocked,very secure with house alarm. The pool was excellent with a great view over the lake. Overall we had a great time.

Definitely worth a visit

The villa was simply superb, very well furnished and in excellent condition. Outside, the pool was very welcome in the hot afternoon sun. Neighbours were very friendly and the area felt safe. Only 5 minutes drive to Walmart, the Outback Steak House and Golden Corrall buffet. We would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Great location for a winter break

Lovely, spacious property in an ideal location for exploring the local area. The house is very well equipped, clean and well laid out. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the patio overlooking the lake watching the local wildlife and were lucky enough to see a wonderful display from an osprey as he hunted for his breakfast. The local shops are within walking distance and we were able to stock up at Winn Dixie before heading back 'home' for dinner after a day at the beach. We have visited this area on several occasions and love the beaches on Anna Maria Island but our favourite is Bradenton beach, just a 10 minute drive away and which is generally quieter. They also have a newly refurbished café and boardwalk there as well as changing huts, showers and loos. Ice-creams on the beach on Christmas afternoon was one of the highlights of our trip! We also enjoyed visiting the local reserves such as De Soto Park and Robinson Preserve which have trails of varying lengths with beautiful views across the bays. Another attraction is the Bradenton River Walk in downtown Bradenton followed by lunch at Pier 22 restaurant at the Twin Dolphin Marina. I had problems with my satnav when we arrived but needn't have worried as Debbie's driving instructions from Tampa airport were accurate and easy to follow. A wonderful holiday in a lovely home.

Best Florida Holiday

The villa is in a great location for access to the Anna Maria Island area and is in a lovely quiet estate. We have been to Florida many times and this villa has been the cleanest and best maintained, it is a credit to its owners. Would definitely recommend to any of our family or friends.

Wonderful Villa

We stayed for 10 nights earlier this month and had a wonderful stay. The home was lovely and clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. It is perfect for 2 couples as both the main bedrooms are of a similar size with en suite bathrooms. The neighbourhood is lovely and peaceful and close to shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches on Anna Maria Island. If you are unlucky enough to have bad weather we would recommend the cinema in Bradenton it has the most comfortable seats that fully recline! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.
