Situado an 1330 de Ocean Drive, el piso se encuentra en “The Netherland” un edificio conocido, en estilo art-decó, construído en 1936 y recientemente restaurado. La maravillosa vista al mar, la posibilidad de alcanzar la playa en pocos segundos y el silencio hacen de él un sitio perfecto para vuestras vacaciones.

El piso consta de dos niveles y, gracias al bonito mobiliario, será más fácil relajarse en su acogedor ambiente que en una habitación de hotel.

Primer nivel: vestíbulo, habitación con dos camas individuales (adaptables a matrimonial), cuarto de baño privado, armario ropero.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish! The property owner, as well as his staff, made the process seamless. The condo was safe, quiet, clean and had all the needed basics. It was also much appreciated that there were beach, chairs, and an umbrella to use! You can’t beat the location of this condo.

Stayed at the condo with our son and his friend for spring break. The unit was the right size for four people, was clean and well appointed. Location was across from the beach and close to many desirable restaurants.

This two-level condo was the most beautiful we've ever rented. Photos accurately represent the home. We arrived late due to our flight and William graciously was there to meet us to give us our keys and show us around. The next morning: an ocean and palm tree view from living room! Stunning. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. AC works well; same for wifi, washer/dryers, TV w/some streaming services, kitchen appliances, 2 beach chairs/umbrella, etc. The owner, Giulio communicates very promptly and even provides an app for the unit with useful information about check-in/check-out, places to eat, nearby activities, grocery stores, etc. I appreciated the app very much and referred to it often. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Loved that there were two keys (sometimes only one comes in a rental.) On check-out day, we had a later flight and Giulio kindly let us check out at noon which was so appreciated. Would love to stay there again some day. Highly recommend this home

Fantastic property and location.

The property was perfect. It’s a great historic building and the location could not have been better. We were close to great restaurants and the ocean. Giulio was very responsive and easy to deal with when we had some issues with our payment option. My wife’s family really enjoyed their visit from Kyrgyzstan. I highly recommend this property and owner. Thank you so much for a memorable visit!

Best Miami stay. Beautiful window views of the beach, clean and well maintained property. Perfect and quiet end of Ocean Dr. & away from the more lively end if Ocean Dr. Plenty of bike rentals, restaurants & shops. The owner and property manager are wonderful & communicate all the way. They even surprised us with a birthday gift. I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful oceanfront escape

My husband and I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at many beautiful properties. This property is definitely in our top 10 list. The owner, Giulio and his housekeeper, Georgina, are first class. The property is tastefully decorated giving it a warm and inviting feel. There is plenty of room to have individual space as well as a common area to gather for social time. The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Giulio went out of his way to ensure that we were pleased with our accommodations. As an extra level of hospitality, he even provided a nice chilled bottle of wine to celebrate our stay at South Beach. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it for anyone else. Thank you Giulio!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was PERFECT - the condo was beautifully decorated and immaculate and had all of the amenities that we needed. Giulio checked in on us regularly and Georgina was very helpful our entire stay - so flexible and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again when we visit SoBe. Absolutely perfect

We traveled to Miami Beach for some work and shopping. The location of the condo is excellent. There are restaurants, shopping, the beach and grocery within 5 minutes walking distance. The unit was clean and comfortable and had amazing views of the ocean. Georgina was so helpful and sweet. We will always stay here when we visit. Thank you so much!

Perfect Birthday Weekend

When you book a vacation spot you're always a little worried that it won't live up to the photos, but this apartment did not disappoint. Despite a minor incident in the unit next door, Georgina made sure the accommodations were clean and ready by checkin. Giulio was very nice and I appreciated him letting me know what happened and reassuring me that his unit was free and clear. I loved that the location was right on Ocean Bld in the heart of all the action and walking distance to everything. I also loved all the amenities in the apartment. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Miami. Thanks for everything Giulio and Georgina.

Great location in South Beach

We stayed at this property for a girls weekend and were not disappointed! The location was perfect , the property was great and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. Having super easy access to the beach and the path running all along it was awesome! What a great way to start the day with a walk along the path! Highly recommend this property!!!
