This recently renovated home features a modern kitchen, full size bath, and two bedrooms complete with memory foam beds. All the comforts of home with central heat/AC and 3 stage water filtration system. Outdoor space includes a spacious dock with covered gazebo, smart TV, and hot tub (located on top deck) as well as private boat slip. Enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine on the dock from the #1 winery in NYS located minutes away! 2 kayaks as well as a paddle board included with bookings.

Perfect location and outdoor space! You’ll live on the deck, even though the home is spacious and accommodating. Connor, our host, was always available and provided great direction. We’d definitely return.

Cozy and clean!

This place is brand new! The outside space is wonderful… the weather worked against us so we did not get to use it but the views from inside were great! It’s small but mighty!

Awesome Stay

The house was just as described in the listing and the recent remodel is beautiful. The outdoor space cannot be beat with so much room to relax and enjoy the lake. Conner was awesome to communicate with and was very responsive (especially when we could not get back in the house because of our own mishap). I highly recommend this spot!

Family Visit

This property and its management were perfect! The location, amenities, and overall description were spot on. The communication with the owner was easy and friendly. This was perfect for our family of 4 to get away from NC heat and to the area to visit our local family and enjoy all the water sports with the kids. We’ve stayed several places on the lake over the years and this was by far our favorite! We can’t wait to come back!

Weekend getaway for the Keuka Lake Tri

We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for the Keuka Lake Triathlon, and wanted to make it a fun family weekend. The house was perfect! My favorite was the outdoor space, and the kids loved the hot tub! We used the kayaks both days, and enjoyed the fire pit on the dock. Connor was very responsive! No complaints at all!

Well-Equipped! Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this home for the extended Memorial Day Weekend. The home is in a perfect spot to hit some of the area's finest wineries. The home had everything we needed to be comfortable both inside and outside. We enjoyed the sunsets, kayaks, the fire table, and the view in general. The area is very quiet and the neighbors were all welcoming and friendly. Connor was very responsive and even offered for us to check in earlier than expected - a welcome bonus after coming from a college tour with our son. We'd definitely rent this home again...all around a great experience...Keuka Lake is a gem!

Great Place to Get Away - Five Stars

This cottage is perfect for a couple just looking to get away from the world for a while. Has an incredible dock with padded couch and chairs, lounges for sitting in the sun and a propane fire pit to watch at night. Sunsets are spectacular off the dock. Even has a ceiling fan and TV on the dock. The cottage is incredible also. It is well outfitted with everything you need. Very comfortable and well laid out. It is very clean and well maintained. It is centrally located half way between Hammondsport and Penn Yan on the east side of Keuka Lake. Easy drive to many local restaurants and wineries, even those located on Seneca Lake. We had a great time staying at the cottage and would highly recommend a vacation there. The Owners are great and very responsive to any questions/ issues you may have. We would give it a five star rating. Hopefully we can rent the cottage again in the future. Thanks to Connor and Richard, you have a spectacular cottage.

Incredible lake house, great location, and amazing dock

Really great house that my family enjoyed. The pictures don’t do it justice. We spent most of our time on the dock with the incredible views and great setup. The kiddos caught many fish from the dock at night with the water lights on. All of the amenities, like the two kayaks and large paddle board made the trip even better. The host was also great and immediately responsive to our questions. Also reached out a few times during the week to make sure we were okay. It is a centrally located spot that you can easily get to stores, wineries, and hiking areas. The house was very clean and well maintained. The lake, house, and, an entire area was a dream. I highly recommend booking this cottage.We hope to visit again soon.

Perfect get away

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 . I was nervous about the dock with little ones, but it is a wider walk way that is open for an easy view of the outside. The TV on the dock for our 2yr old twins was also very helpful as we relaxed in the hot tub. They loved laying out on the lounge chairs in the morning to search for mermaids. Lol We couldn’t have asked for a better location to watch the sun rise and set. The layout inside the house made it easy for us to cook meals while our children played in the living room. It was nice that dishes and linens were provided. Less things to worry about especially with small children, the better. Communication between us and Connor was very quick and efficient. When we had a question, he responded to us almost immediately. The directions were clear, and we felt prepared for our stay.

Property has recently been renovated and has high speed wifi, lots of outdoor space to enjoy beautiful Keuka lake sunsets while being in the heart of the finger lakes surrounded by many great breweries, wineries and distilleries.

Located halfway down the lake makes it a very easy trip to go to local towns such as Hammondsport, Penn Yan and Watkins Glen, also making it a perfect location for visiting local wineries, breweries and distilleries.
