Este hermoso estudio, nuevo para 2010, está a una cuadra de la bahía ya una cuadra de la playa. Fácil acceso ! Cerca del famoso Fire Island Hotel y del famoso Flynn. Convenientes compras y visitas turísticas en todas partes. La casa también viene con bicicletas, sin necesidad de caminar ya que no se puede conducir en la isla. Hay un baño completo con ducha y puerta de ducha. Studio está disponible para alquileres semanales, a mitad de semana o mensuales. ¡Ven a pasar tus vacaciones / tiempo con nosotros!

spacious studio ., clean, comfortable bed, wonderful outdoor shower that we used everyday . nice outside sitting area. had coffee in morning and cocktails in the evening!! close to beach and restaurants!!owners joe and michelle very accommodating! had a wonderful time! we will be back!!

Great place for the price

Michelle and Her Husband have put great efforts to make this place very inviting and comfortable. This year they made improvements to the place such as a new BBQ, privacy around the patio, TV, security on the door, and I'm sure they will improve more for next year. We need more people like them.

The owners are very communicative and thorough. The studio is very clean and well kept. They think of every small comfort a guest might need. It's our second year and we definitely plan on booking again.

Wonderful place to stay

Michele, the owner, is very nice, communicative, and hospitable. The place is spotless and has all the amenities needed for a lovely stay. The deck and outdoor shower are so nice and the bed is very comfortable. It is convenient to the beach and town. I definitely recommend and would stay here again myself.

A steal...

Michelle answered any question that may arise during my stay. The studio was roomier than what the pictures led on. Even with the futons pulled out as beds, I was still able to do my Yoga (I have to make a note to bring my yoga mat with me next time). The Indoor shower was very suitable although the outdoor shower was better. I was able to use the kitchen with ease. It looks like Joe and Michele put a lot of money and effort to make the place inviting and your stay very comfortable. To me, it was a steal compared to some of the places I have rented out. Thank You Joe and Michele!!!!!

Great place to stay in OBP!

This studio is really well located, close to the beach, the water taxi to get around Fire Island and a couple of great bars! The place was clean and bigger than we were expecting from the photos and easily had space for our group of four. Michele and Joe were excellent hosts - we had to sign the lease before arrival but we arranged to meet Joe in Manhattan when we were there a few days before, and this was all really easy. Michele made sure we had all the info we needed for a really great stay on Fire Island. Great place, would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful week on Fire Island

Loved the property, quite location and working with owner, Michele. They were cheerful and helpful when ever I had the smallest question pre-trip and while on island, which I really appreciated. Great outdoor shower, beach chairs and beach umbrella were a bonus, and we rented bikes nearby. Most evenings had dinner in Ocean Beach, easy bike ride added to beautiful evenings. Perfect first time FI getaway for myself and my young adult son - relaxing!

Perfect get a way

The studio I rented was newly renovated and clean! Owners, Joe and Michele, were available to talk to for any questions. It was a few minutes walk to the beach. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this rental.

Family of 4 couldn't be happier!

Let me first start off by saying that owner is not only a really nice guy but he has paid so much attention to detail in this real nice and clean rental. It's 8 house away from a beautiful beach and only 5 houses away from the Great South Bay. The kitchen had everything you will need to feel right at home. The outdoor deck with BBQ is amazing (BTW He put a new larger table with a nice large umbrella). The sleeping for my wife and I along with my 13 yr old Son and 11 yr old Daughter was just perfect with the two queen futons (BTW He has put a flat panel tv on the wall now) We had direct tv, a real nice radio and dvd player. The bathroom was clean and had all the things one would need to make it a real nice stay. The owner has truly thought of everything from the wagon for your use at the ferry dock to the bikes you will come to enjoy in this beautiful little island paradise! We for one will be back next year as I'm not sure we could find a better price nor a Hotel that would come close to what this little gem had to offer! Book away and enjoy!

A Great Find!

This was the perfect place for our family of three to relax during the week. The studio was perfectly clean and well kept and the owners were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, making sure that all was well and we had a great visit. The location is perfect for those looking for a quieter neighborhood but still accessible to dining and amenities. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet Get-Away

My boyfriend and I stayed at this Ocean Bay Park studio for 4 nights/5 days. The experience was perfect. The studio is spacious and good for up to 4 people. The apartment was well kept, very clean, comfortable with all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. The bikes helped round out our time at Ocean Bay Park and allowed us to see more of the island. The owners are very friendly and helpful too! The photos are a good representation of the property. I would definitely recommend to others. Thanks for the stress-relieving, restful vacation I needed to re-charge my batteries!

Exceeded our expectations!

This place exceeded our expectations in every regard. The location could not be more convenient, and the studio is immaculate and the perfect size. We really appreciated having the bikes, as well as the fact that the kitchen was fully stocked with every pot and pan you could need, the outdoor shower, and the beach chairs. These may sound like little things but they made the trip that much easier. Also, the owners were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. I will come to this place again and again.

My wife and I purchased this beach cottage 14 years ago, and with alot of hard work
and a little imagination we turned a dream into a beautifull beach house. We love the care free feel of the island. With 2 kids, its important for us to feel safe and relaxed. Where else can you hop on a boat for a short trip to paradise without going through custom or sitting in heavy traffic to reach your destination.
In the short time we have owned this home we have made so many new friends and we are sure you will to. People here are friendly, laid back and care free. If you have never been to fire island, come, chances are you will fall in love.

We chose this neighborhood because compared to other towns its more relaxed on the rules. It's not as crowded as other towns and you can feel the happy vibe when you step off the boat.
