★ Smoking on the property (inside and outside including driveway, backyard, and front yard), of any kind, will incur a FEE of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher.
★ FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
★ FEES: any tampering with security camera or equipment will results in a $250 charge per camera
★ Damages to any fixtures, walls, etc. will result in forfeiting your deposit.
★ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
Pets
