Weekend Getaway

Spending the weekend in downtown Pensacola and this house was in a good location to shops and restaurants. It was also close to the Saenger Theatre where we went to a concert. The house was super clean and comfortable. Hopefully we will be able to go back for another visit soon.

Most enjoyable stay

We stayed here four nights, the house was immaculate, honestly probably the cleanest house we’ve ever stayed at. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well provided with towels and shampoos and washes. My children loved staying here we sat out on the balcony 3 of our four nights enjoying the night air. Only regret is we didn’t get to spend more time at the house while we were here visiting family.

I stayed with my 2 adult children. The 3 full bath and nice sized bedrooms gave everyone privacy. Close enough to the beach and restaurants.

Nice Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is close to downtown and a short distance to the beach. Loved sitting on the balcony. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was awesome. The condo was clean and comfortable for our family trip. Matteo was available this just a phone call and helpful with suggestions for area attractions.

Pensacola Vacation

We enjoyed our week long getaway to FL. We loved that everything was labeled in the kitchen making it so easy for us to locate items. Home was very clean and organized. We found the area safe, park close by to entertain little ones, my SIL ran every morning and played basketball at the park. We were 5 minutes to downtown by car, free parking spots are labeled. We enjoyed the beach and Fort Pickens several days. We loved this place and were sad to leave. Will definitely keep on our list for the next visit. Thanks so much!!

Wonderful Stay!

We couldn’t be more pleased with this house! It’s new modern space with beautiful decor was very inviting. Plenty of space for everyone, each having their own bathroom. Shower pressure was awesome and beds were comfy. Thank you for having a step ladder, it saved our lives for packing our luggage rack! House was fully equipped with everyday necessities, they thought of everything, to say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. Matt was very communicative , making check in a breeze. Would definitely recommend this house!

A beautiful home

The stay was great! The home was very clean, every question I could have had asked was already answered for me in the instruction list in the home. We had complimentary items that we didn’t need to go to the store for and everything was functional. Awesome home

Sweet 2 story home near downtown

We enjoyed our 3 nt. stay in this conveniently located vacation home near the active downtown area. All 3 bedrooms are nicely decorated, with comfy beds and have well stocked bathrooms. The kitchen/living area has the open floor plan for easy access.. loved the parking spots right in front.. the owner is available and responsive to all your questions.. it's a super simple check in and out.. loved this rental and hope to return soon!!

Perfect location for nearby wedding

Very clean, everything went exactly as described on the website, felt like a new build, very close to Palafox Street location. Property manager was very responsive to any questions we had Was very surprised that several kitchen cabinets had spices, olive oil’s, other condiments that we did not have to buy.

Top notch everything

Our place was so awesome! Great location, walkable to ballpark and downtown. Safe, quiet and comfortable home. I would put this house on my top list of rentals. I travel alot. House had everything you would need and more to have a top notch vacation. We slept like babies in beds and enjoyed the large tv’s with countless channel options! 5 stars ⭐️

Great visit to Pensacola

A few members of my family were in town before a wedding. We chose to stay with Matteo as his home offered exactly what we wanted and are so happy we did. The home was easy to access, close to a coffee shop and the downtown area. His communication was great, he was easy to reach when we had a question and the home was clean and tidy. The check in and check out process was simple, and the instructions were easy to follow. We'd rent from him again and we'd recommend this home to other guests.

This is our fourth stay in the neighborhood. Beautiful place, walking distance to co-op, downtown restaurants, theater, Bruce Beach, and a short car ride to Gulf beaches. The VRBO company never sent us the check-in information and entry code. Matteo responded immediately on a Sunday evening and set everything right. Thank you, Matteo.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We had a lovely stay. Matteo is the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with! He is wonderful. House was so comfortable and had every amenity. We did not know that there was a big difference between “East of Palifox” and “west of Palifox”. While true that the neighborhoods to the east were a bit nicer, we felt completely safe where we were, still walked to the local coffee shop and met lovely tourists staying at the Vrbo’s next door. We’d book this property again without hesitation!! Thanks for a great stay Matteo and Mel
