Newly built home in 2020. Beautiful two story "New Orleans" style house in the heart of Downtown Pensacola. 3 bedrooms each having their own full bathroom. . You have full access to the home other than detached garage in the rear of the home and one closet for owner supplies. Easy key less entry for self check in. Two bedrooms upstairs including master and one down. Three bicycles provided. be some of the first to stay in this sparkling clean newly built home.

The space
Pensacola is known for its laid-back, coastal way-of-life, its long history and diverse culture. Take a short walk or ride your bike (2 bikes provided with stay) to downtown life and the Blue Wahoos stadium to watch baseball and UWF Argo Football. Only 4 blocks a short walk or bicycle ride to Palafox St Downtown (0.5mi) for food trucks, pub fare, and down-home casual eateries to white-tablecloth establishments, downtown is the heart – and palate – of Pensacola. 3 minutes (0.6mi) to Joe Pattis seafood offering the best and freshest seafood in the world. Must see attractions downtown from multiple museums to performing arts to nights out enjoying dancing and fun entertainment/night life. Only 9 miles to drive to beautiful Pensacola beach, or take the ferry from downtown to Ft Pickens national seashore or Pensacola Beach.

We had a great long weekend stay at Downtown Oasis. The house is very convenient to Downtown via car or foot. We mostly walked as the weather was great. We visited the Palafox Farmers Market on Saturday and generally walked to restaurants in the area.The house was neat, clean, and had everything we needed. The host Richard and Michelle was very responsive and helpful when we had any questions. We would stay here again for sure.

Great location for Downtown activities!

Oasis was the perfect place to stay for our family this week. The owner, Mike, was communicated very well and was eager to make sure our stay was perfect. The house was clean and nice. The location is great for downtown activities. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for a week long dance competition at the Pensacola Bay Center (which was only a short drive away). We also took in a couple of specialty shops on Palafox (again, super close in proximity). Our favorite, however, were visits to the white sands of Casino Beach (the included beach chairs, umbrellas, and extra beach towels were much appreciated). The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and our family really enjoyed each bedroom having a bathroom. We highly recommend!

Beautiful stay in a convenient location

Family came down for a mini vacation and to run the Pensacola half marathon. The house is great- clean, well decorated and comfortable, with all the amenities you might need. Location was ideal- we never needed to drive to a restaurant or coffee shop, right by the Wahoos stadium and parks for kids, and a 15 min or so drive to Naval Air Museum and the NAS beach. Highly recommend!

Great Pensacola Location

The Downtown Oasis is a great place to stay when visiting Pensacola. We were there for a visit with our daughter who lived close by. We walked to Palafox Street and the Blue Wahoo's stadium several times. The house itself had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and the owner provided extras like bikes and beach equipment. Communications with the owner was very prompt and easy through the VRBO apt. We would recommend the Oasis and will stay again on our next visit to Pensacola.

Gulf Coast Jazz Festival Weekend

The property owner was awesome!!! He was very accomodating and considerate. He responded quickly when ever we needed to reach out to him. The property itself was in a perfect location, within walking distance of restaurants and other downtown activities. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It had a lot of little nice thoughtful things that I didn't expect. I especially liked that each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bath and were well separate from each other. We Will definitely have this property at the top of the list for next year!!! Thank you Mike and Lori

Cute House

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house exterior is adorable, the location was great, close to downtown and not far from Pensacola beach. The house had four bikes which were perfect for me and my girls and our girl trip. We were able to ride down the end of Palofax and see the beautiful sunset. The only down side I would say was some of the homes in the area were a little sketchy. You can tell that there is a lot of revitalization happening in the area, which was nice to see. The beds were clean but the baseboards and walls need a good scrub and the caulking around the toilets needs attention. But overall it was a perfect little house for our trip. The bikes and beach chairs were such a nice addition to our stay.

We have nothing but positive things to say about the house rental. The location is great for the Blue Wahoos Stadium as well as downtown. The house was clean and very well stocked. It had virtually everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive for any questions that we had during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to others and would not hesitate to stay at this house during a future visit.

Lots of space, clean and everything you need!

We had a great time for a week in this property! We loved how close it was to downtown and all the restaurants! Being so close to Evermans Grocery was awesome! The home was fabulous and clean! Lots of space, we will be back! Highly recommend!

Great house in a great location to downtown Pensacola

Very nice home in a great up and coming location to downtown Pensacola. Well appointed home with comfy beds, nice kitchen, nice backyard. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and more were provided and so nice to have. It was perfect for me and my family. We'll be back soon!

Wedding Weekend

We rented 3 homes on Romana Ave for our guests that were attending our daughter's wedding. Everyone enjoyed their visit to Pensacola. They loved their accommodations and the location of the homes. The neighborhood is mixed with old and new homes, it was quiet at night and very safe. They enjoyed their stay so much that they want to come back for a reunion next year.

A pleasant experience!

Had a little problem getting in, did not know how to use code on door, somewhat difficult. Very nice, beautifully decorated. Need to mop floors, feet were dirty after walking on them. Everything else appeared clean. Mattresses were wonderful, everyone slept great, no complaints here. Had a blast!
