Step into the light filled & inviting living room centered around the stone fireplace. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a large island and stainless steel appliances. Catch glimpses of the resident deer from the window encased dining room or covered back porch with additional seating and outdoor dining. Just off the living room is an oversized Master King Suite with views of the rustic red barn and a master bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs guests will find two additional King Bedrooms & an oversized bathroom with tub/shower combo. One bedroom features an office nook with charging station and plenty of wide-spread views & the other bedroom offers a foosball table providing plenty of entertainment with endless mountain views. Whether you choose to spend your time grilling steaks on the grill, skipping rocks in the creek, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, taking in the breathtaking views, watching the kids play in the large yard, or listening to the rain fall on the tin roof while relaxing on the porch, you're sure to make some great memories during your stay at the Toasted Marshmallow.

The main level boasts the great room with fireplace, 50" smart TV & an abundance of natural light, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, a half bath, a dining room with plenty of seating & the main master suite with 43" Smart TV with attached bathroom & walk-in shower. Upstairs there are two king suites with 43" Smart TVs, one with an office nook & built in desk with mountain views & the other with foosball with mountain views, and a spacious bathroom.

Everything needed for the perfect vacation is located within 5 miles of the cabin! The cabin is perfectly situated between Helen & Cleveland. Cleveland has multiple gas stations, ingles grocery store and lots of little cute shops. Helen has Betty's market, unique shops and several liquor stores.

This quaint Bavarian Alps replica town of Helen, Georgia is set in the Appalachian mountains of North Georgia right on the wine trail & Appalachian trail and offering fun for the whole family. There is an abundance of hiking trails within minutes, a waterpark, tubing (winter and summer), zip lines and ropes courses, horseback riding, picturesque downtown, wineries, mini-golf, gold/gem mining, breweries and more! The cabin is also an excellent place for mountain biking adventures with a paved road & driveway. Come during late September through the end of October to experience Oktoberfest and the changing of the leaves!
In the vicinity there's tons of hiking, ropes courses, zip lines, and the Georgia mountain coaster. Tantrum brewery just opened a few miles away and we also have numerous excellent wineries surrounding the cabin.
