Este condominio frente al mar en el primer piso es luminoso, tiene capacidad para 6 y cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, cocina completa, comedor y sala de estar, sofá cama, TV de 35 pulgadas con DVD y un televisor separado en el dormitorio principal. Fabulosa ubicación en el espectacular Shore Drive ubicado entre Myrtle Beach y North Myrtle Beach. Shore Drive está lejos del tráfico principal pero a solo minutos de supermercados, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach y más de 100 campos de golf. El condominio se encuentra a unos 600 metros del muelle de Apache,

Great value for location

Overall we love everthing. Are there little imperfections, yes but nothing I'd consider reducing below 5 stars. We love Myrtle Beach and find this place a great value. If you have a large SUV or Truck parking is tight. Want ice cream, bar, beach stuff? Simply walk across the street. Want a decent spot on the beach? Set up your chairs & umbrella early, like 8am. There are restrictions how close you can place umbrella. You will know the line... The rentals consume more than thier far share. Unit has a single OK umbrella. The wind can be strong on beach and this one is probably on its last season. Make sure the bottom of your unbrella is cork screw or wind will put it out. The all wood & canvas style seem to hold up well.

Great Stay

Great week.Nice condo. The husband and wife neighbors were so kind to my elderly mother-in-law. That made her week. The condo was very nice and clean. The property itself is not ideal for elderly and handicap people, but that was my fault for not doing further research.Not a negative thing, but if someone reads reviews , I thought that may help.

End of Summer Getaway

The condo has everything you need super clean and very comfortable. It is steps to the pool and very close to beach. We love it!!!! Will be back again. Owner responds right away and takes care of any problems. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful place at the beach.

View of ocean not as promised

Although a tropical storm blew through halfway through our week, we didn’t let it spoil our enjoyment of our vacation. The unit is nicely renovated and had most things we needed. We were disappointed in the linen service; we received only three sets of towels for four people. We were also disappointed in the promised view of the ocean. The foliage has grown three to four feet above the pool fence and blocked the view. The photo of the ocean view on the VRBO listing should be updated.

Not a good start to our vacation

The property was nice. However the cleaning crew never showed in between renters the fridge was not working, the tv didnt work well. But we made the most of it. I cleaned the place myself before we put our things away. When we finally got a hold of the owner he was able to send a maintenance man over and ended up getting a new fridge. This was my first using VRBO after renting from agencies for over almost 30 years going to Myrtle beach. But in the end the weather was great and the owner was able to make sure everying was good. Would I ever rent through VRBO again Im not sure at this point.

Why not 5 stars ?

Main question you want answered... Yes, we would rent this condo again. If you love the beach and want direct access this location is excellent. Why 4 stars... there were a couple minor issues that could have been avoided prior our arrival. By design, parking is tight and no assigned/numbered parking spots but we did not have any issues finding a parking spot close to entrance. There's a utility closet in perfect spot by entrance... it has couple of beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, pool noodles. The beach has an umbrella rule (google for details). I suggest you set up your umbrella by 6:30am at the latest to get as close as possible to minimize unobstructed views. Coin operated laundry only short walk from your door. Pool is nice but you can't access directly from the balcony. Only mention this if it's not obvious from picture. Plenty of space inside to sit. TV's in each room. Balcony has new table & chair set. This is a 1st floor unit so your view of beach it limited by dunes. The amount of steps in/out of condo are minimal. Easy to lug your beach gear. Pool area has outdoor shower in prefect spot. Wash off sand when you exit the beach. Kitchen has variety of pot/pans/dishes most items you need. Oven is electric with 4 burner glass top. full size dishwasher. Full size frig/freezer. Bedrooms have plenty of space, dressers for clothes w/plenty of room. Master bathroom is a bit tight if you are on the plus size. Rental is a Great Value for $$$

Don’t rent this unit

First let me start by saying all of the issues I’m reporting were brought to the attention of the Property Manager with no response. This is going to be lengthy View of beach not available with growth of dunes (which was not pictured on the listing). Patio Furniture was severely rusted Patio door locked with a stick and stained with cloudy film Patio Door not opening in bedroom No trash bin for kitchen Ceiling tiles missing No wash cloths Blind was broken in the master bedroom Window sill dirty Ceiling fan disgusting Rug was dirty and safety pin in it. Tub with head & pubic hair & on walls Kitchen floor was filthy Items claimed were available for beach use were not available! I’m still very angry that these issues weee not addressed by anyone with multiple emails sent.

Great location, very clean. Bed in the master bedroom could be a little nicer but overall we enjoyed our stay. Owner was very responsive.

Perfect Condo

The condo was exactly as described, and in a great location. My only comment is to make sure you get the key code a day or two before your arrival. If you haven't, the email might be in a spam or junk folder. I also recommend the linen service. They give you plenty of towels, even dish towels.

Place at the Beach V~Beach Front Condo

Our condo was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. Although poolside, there was very little disturbance heard from other guests. We walked out the door, and the beach was ready for us to walk every morning and to sit on its shore every afternoon.

Location, Location and Location. A trip to the beach should be carefree and relaxing. The condo is close to all attractions but away from the traffic. There should be lots of activities available without hassles.
