Recently remodeled, This condo has an amazing view of the ocean from the large balconies, living room, and bedrooms! HIGH FLOOR, On the 16th FLOOR with Amazing Ocean Views! This condo has one of the best views in Maisons Sur Mer EXCLUSIVE Resort. Great kitchen area for socializing and enjoying the views. Located in EXCLUSIVE/PRIVATE Maisons Sur Mer (walking distance to Ocean Annies) on a HIGH floor, this condo has great views of the ocean from the TWO balconies. This condo has 1 King, and 1 Queen, and can sleep up to 4 comfortably. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Maisons Sur Mer, this resort has it all! Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, cooktop/oven, LCD TVs, and two private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. Oceanside pools and private ocean balconies! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located and within walking distance of the Ocean Annies where you can enjoy live music by the beach and a great atmosphere! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away!

NOTE: THIS CONDO DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE GYM. Tiki Bar is now officially closed for the season.
NOTE: The exit gate is currently under repair and remains open. Please avoid leaving valuables in your car and keep windows closed. Be aware of the animals in the area. Security is monitoring the area, though no guard is posted full-time.

Loved the layout of this condo. It has a big balcony with great views. The glass doors were a little hard to open but I assume that is due to the salt & sand. I prefer a softer mattress but other than that it is a great place to stay!

Great Stay!

The condo was perfect for our stay. Beautiful view from the balcony and very spacious and clean condo. Easy access with short walk to the beach and immaculate grounds. The pool area and bar was a favorite stop coming up from the beach. We will visit again. We love the Shore Drive area and all the great restaurants close by.

Property was beautiful on 16th floor with great ocean views. The balcony doors need to be fixed or better handles to open and close with more ease. The mattress in master is too hard and not comfortable. The carbon monoxide detector in second bedroom needs to be fixed as it’s always beeping. TVs need cable as there was only streaming and unable to watch local channels or football games. Kitchen was well appointed and had all needed to cook. On positive the elevators are very fast. Property is clean and very secure.

Disappointing experience

I booked this condo in January, paid in full, non- refundable. About 2 weeks prior to our reservations in March, I found out incidentally from an owner in this condo complex that major renovations were scheduled to done during the week of my stay, and building would have no heat or AC. This was not disclosed in listing when I secured my reservation in January. I contacted Big Fish Rentals to discuss what could be done. Between the condo owner, the condo management, and Big Fish, no one wanted to take accountability for this lack of communication and all insisted the responsibility was someone else’s. The contact I was dealing with Big Fish was actually located in Manila. In the end, Big Fish Rentals did the right thing and offered me accommodations in another complex which were very nice and we ended up having a nice vacation. From there on out, communication with Big Fish was good. However the triangle between condo owners, condo building management, and Big Fish Rentals leaves the renter hanging out on a limb if the condo owner / management does not willingly communicate with the rental agency about majors issues such as ours. Not a good system. I would likely not use VRBO again to rent a condo for this reason.

Okay place but has many areas to improve

We arrived at the condo to check in and was told I should’ve received an email with check in information. I hadn’t. But at 4:01pm I received an email. Check in was at 4pm. I had to ask the woman to print our parking pass as the instructions said to do so. The people at the counter were less than enthusiastic. So that wasn’t the best start. The condo was nice. There was a ton of dust under the beds. The floor was a bit dirty. And there were parking passes in the room which wasn’t told to us in the check in email. There was very little to do within walking distance which was frustrating as we originally had been booked at another Big Fish resort but had to move due to work on the roof and having no AC. The area wasn’t the safest. It was a bit seedy. So being charged the same amount we paid for our original booking was frustrating as we knew we were in a better place for our family to have more to do within walking distance. And the building wasn’t the best quality. The pool and hot tubs were okay. The location to the beach was nice. No laundry in the condo was very frustrating as I paid for our original location having laundry in the condo. So I had to use quarter machines to do laundry. There were no onsite grills which is not what we wanted. No food onsite. We always rent condos with grills like the one we had originally booked. We love to grill out on vacation. Overall, disappointed in the change they made for us and charged the same!

This unit has full-sized appliances, a cooktop/oven, refrigerator, LCD TVs, and ocean views from the balcony. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! Great Pool area and views that are simply breathtaking!
