You must be 25 years old to rent this condo in Fort Morgan area.

This condo will sleep 6.
· Master bedroom - King bed - Private bathroom
· 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed
· Sleeper sofa

This charming 2 bedroom bay front condo is the perfect place to get away from the daily chaos of everyday life. This condo has a fully stocked, well appointed kitchen with a Keurig and all things provided just like you are at home. There is a large living room with a flat screen TV for entertainment if you pull yourself away from watching the boats on the bay from your balcony. The master bedroom comes complete with a king size bed and a connected bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a sleeper sofa, so it will accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The second bathroom has a tub/shower unit. This property also comes with a washer and dryer so you can conveniently clean your clothes while on vacation. This unit does not have an ice maker.
You will also have access to a private boat slip with a boat lift that you can see from the units balcony. This property also has a community pool and hot tub for your enjoyment.

You are allowed up to 2 vehicles with this property, but you must purchase an additional Vehicle registration for the 2nd car.

$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!

We have stayed at Navy cove multiple times . We always return. Clean , comfy and updated condo . We bring our boat so the private slip is perfect. Friendly people. Check in was so easy . Host checked on us . Great place to stay .

Room with a View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We usually come to FM in spring and fall. We decided on a quick weekend trip in the summer. I wanted a pool due to the temps and a view of the gorgeous FM sunsets. I was not disappointed. The beach behind the building was a nice surprise. I’m familiar with FM road, but the address provided was a bit confusing. The building number and address did not match. The parking pass info was unclear; I thought it was for unit parking but it was for beach access I think. Those were minor issues that did not negatively impact our stay. I would stay here again, use Sunset Props again and also recommend to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at this location when we bring the boat down. This was a fishing trip for my son’s birthday. Overall, all was great. However upon arrival one of the beds had not been made and the linens were still folded on the bed. There were also towels still left in the dryer. I wasn’t sure if housekeeping just didn’t finish or what. Other than that all was good.

Navy Cove 1204

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was comfortable. Convenient to other family that were in the area. The unit was clean, except for the floor being sandy, and the bedspread in the master bedroom was dirty. The ice maker wasn’t working the entire stay, is being replaced. The dishwasher was not closing and needed maintenance. I also think more than one towel and wash cloth should be provided per person. The HOA that is there is iffy. Need more chairs at the pool that are clean and not broken. First time at Fort Morgan and probably the last time.

Nice place, careful bringing a boat

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, the condo was really nice. Freshly updated with great amenities at a reasonable price point. We chose navy cove due to the water access and boating amenities. This is where the issues started, the access channel coming from the bay has not been dredged (didn’t know this and this was not communicated on the front end by anyone). We went fishing and had a great time, but coming back in right at dark, we could not make it back home to navy cove because the boat got stuck in the channel and would not make it in. We stayed stuck in the channel for a couple hours until we were able to free the boat. Since we could not get in, we had to navigate to the Ft Morgan marina in pitch black darkness to find a place to leave the boat overnight and pay for an overnight stay the next day (completely defeated the purpose of booking at navy cove). Had to walk back to navy cove at 10pm from the marina. Due to running my boat aground in the un-dredged channel and trying to get un stuck, one of my engines will now not run. I still don’t know how expensive the repairs will be to my boat, but I can assure you they will well exceed the price of the condo rental and likely ruin my fishing season. I have booked here for the past decade and brought this boat in and out of the channel literally 100’s of times. If there are known issues, please make potential customers aware. “Boat access at high tide only” would have helped a lot.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great with the condo once we got in. However, Sunset properties was not that helpful. Had a difficult time getting the entry code. Boat slip and lift not accommodating for an 18 ft boat.
