Amazing place to stay

This was an amazing place to stay. It was clean, nice, and the people we met were amazing. We are going to make this one of our new vacation spots from now on.

Perfect place to relax with family!

I recommend this property to anyone! Very quick and easy to book, check in, and check out! It was very clean and the perfect location. Staff was very nice and helpful. I have nothing bad to say at all!We were not sure how our toddlers would be going to the beach for the first time, but they LOVED it here! The easy access to the beach, and the quietness of daulphin island was tbe best getaway for our family!

Best spot on the island

Beautiful beach view and just steps from the water. Wonderful accommodations, easy check in and out. Two beautiful pools and right in the middle of the island so easy walk to restaurants and island shopping.

4th of July Getaway

The location was great, the beach views were perfect. There was a plethora of beach items in the outdoor closet for us to use. Checking in and out was simple. The pools were great. The cleaning fee was rather expensive for the amount of cleaning we were expected to do before leaving. The parking lot design is not ideal for loading and unloading a lot of stuff. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, we would definitely stay here again.

The tub drain was clogged and wouldn't drain. The bed sheets in the bed room had some hairs on it, i had to wash them before i slept in it. But other than that it was a beautiful stay with a beautiful view.

Great!

The only suggestion I would make is to send out text with things you might need, what’s provided, etc 24 hours ahead of time. We needed a blow dryer. The information sent neither said it was included or excluded. By reasoning, I guess you could say that, since it was not stated that a hairdryer would be there, a hairdryer would not be there. We got the information at a little after 9:00 on Monday morning. We live 7 1/2 hours away. We are already driving that way, so the information is pretty useless. But that’s about it. Everything else is fantastic. We will book there again.

Nice 1 BR condo

Nice spot. Great access to beach and lots of easy walking along the shore. We like the area - it is not as commercial as Gulf Shores & further east along the Gulf Coast. Here, the beach is quiet and not crowded. The condo is fairly comfortable for 2 people. The kitchen counter is a little awkward for dining, it’s a little too high relative the barstool seats, and not much overhang so one can’t pull up under it very well for eating. A large wooden table with folding leaves is available, but it looks fairly heavy & awkward to actually bring out and use. The mattress on the bed is really good & we slept very well on it. The shower curtain has mildew on it from top to bottom & side to side. This is any easy fix to be replaced - so surely it will be. We didn’t have any kids with us. There are two single bunks provided but I would worry about the safety of the top bunk - there is nothing to prevent falling out of the bunk onto the hard floor several feet below - unless there is some type of railing available that is hidden away somewhere that wasn’t obvious. Access instructions to the building and condo worked well. The other condo residents are very friendly. Overall it is a relatively good value, and, with the replacement of the shower curtain, will be fine for most couples.

This was our first visit to Dauphin Island and we were so happy with our choice of this condo! Check-in instructions were very clear. The room was very clean on arrival. The walk to the beach was described well, it is a decent walk down the boardwalk, but very doable even with beach equipment. The short walk is 100% worth it because this area of the beach was not busy at all! The views of the gulf were beautiful from the balcony and everyone that worked the property was so kind! The pools were a great option when it was time to come in from the beach for the day. One of the two pools were heated, which was great for the spring weather. The only thing I will negatively comment on was the sleeper sofa. We pulled it out to make it into a bed to watch a movie and it was pretty dirty. We didn’t need it as a bed so it was a very small issue considering everything else on the property was spotless. I would highly recommend this property and we are already planning our next stay!

The view was great. The overall facility was very clean. Our condo was clean, but Bedspread, Shams and couch were in need of update or cleaning. Blind in bedroom was very dirty and broken in places and door between 1/2 bath and full bath had no track and did not work. This was not a problem for us because it was just the 2 of us. However, if a family were to stay there this would be a problem.
