Mountain-Chic 4BR Townhome w/ Hot Tub and Games

Summary:
This freshly styled new-build townhome is the perfect spot for families and friends to enjoy all that the area has to offer! Located about 15 minutes from Park City, swimming, boating, fishing, and hiking can be found just out the front door at the nearby Reservoir or, a short car ride away is the Uinta Mountains! In the winter months, Park City Mountain and Deer Valley are just a short drive away! Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, and Sundance are all about a 45-minute to 1hr drive away!

The Space:
This three-story townhome features a second floor entry with three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. Dens on the first and second floor allow plenty of room for all to spread out! There are also two separate designated workspaces and high-speed mesh wi-fi for anyone looking to work remotely (we’ve had four people on Zoom calls at the same time with no issues)! This home is a perfect choice for weekend getaways or long-term stays and no detail was spared to make sure you never want to go home!

Entry Way
Guests enter into the townhome with a code via the front door or the two-car garage, both of which are private. The entry way greets you with a coat closet, shoe rack, a place to set key or passes, and stairs leading up to the other floors. Just off to the right is the kitchen, living room, and deck! You will be surrounded by stunning mountain and lake views from every window!

Living Room
The open concept of the living room and kitchen allow the whole family plenty of space to sit at a tabletop or lounge around on the couch while keeping the conversation going. The gas fireplace warms the area while providing the ultimate pairing to the view out the many windows in the room. Hard to miss is the HD SmartTV, perfect for those afternoon movies or sporting events!

Kitchen
This home features a second-floor kitchen that is ready for any holiday meal a vacationing family can throw at it. With everything you need to cook most any dinner, gas appliances, and a full-sized refrigerator - you can rest easy knowing the grocery store supply runs can be kept to a minimum here. The kitchen is right next to the living room and dining room and features a countertop bar with additional seating areas. There’s plenty of space for a few cooks in the kitchen while friends and family socialize with a glass of wine at the countertop bar and adjacent space with speakers available to enhance the ambiance. There is a powder bath off the kitchen towards the garage as well.

Dining
The large classic wooden dining table features seating for 8. Larger groups shouldn't worry though as there is ample seating for more at the countertop bar and additional chairs throughout the house. The large windows surrounding the dining room create the perfect space to have a meal at sunset!

First Floor Den
In addition to the living area upstairs, there is a den located on the first floor of the home with a couch, pull-out bed, and large wall-mounted SmartTV. There are board games for guests to use and a small desk as well! Off of this room is where the hot tub is located.
Upstairs Loft
Just off the staircase is a dedicated workspace with a large desk and seating area. If you can’t fully unplug while you are visiting, you’ll find that this workspace has great views making you itch to go outside once the workday finishes!

Beds & Baths
- The primary bedroom is located on the third floor of the townhome and features a luxurious king-sized bed, wall-mounted SmartTV, and a great seating area. There is a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom for this bedroom that features double vanities, a standup shower and a soaking tub. Windows on all sides light up the room until the shades are drawn for rest!

- The first third floor bedroom features a queen over queen bunk with a wall-mounted SmartTV. This room has an old-school Nintendo64 and plenty of space for the kids to have their own space! There is a closet in this room as well as windows with shades. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other upstairs guest room.

- The second of the third floor bedrooms features a queen-sized bed and gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. There is also a closet in this room as well as windows with shades. This bedroom shares the bathroom with the other aforementioned third floor bedroom.

– The fourth bedroom and is located on the first floor of this townhome. You'll find a queen-sized bed and a large wall-mounted smart TV. There is also a full bathroom ensuite located on the first floor with a stand up shower.

Outdoors
What's better than a hot tub in the mountains? Nothing… That's why these owners thought there had to be one! Guests can enjoy the private spa during their visits while taking in the mountain views (and perhaps some après ski cocktails)! Neighborhood quiet hours allow for plenty of rest and relaxation after a long day.

Laundry
Pack light knowing that this home has a washer and dryer located on the second floor near the three bedrooms (no need to lug laundry up and down the stairs!), ready for all the snow and dirt that an adventure in Park City stirs up!

Garage
The two-car garage features a ping pong table, benches and ski racks for some competitive equipment storage after those long Park City days. While we expect the competition on the ping pong table to be intense, we ask that you respect the neighborhood!

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire three-story townhome and two-car garage with the exception of an owner's lockout closet on the first and third floor.

Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the season with an additional non-refundable pet fee. Prior approval is required.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the beautiful mountains only a few minutes from downtown Park City, Deer Springs offers a lovely, brand-new area with gorgeous homes, incredible views, and unbeatable luxury. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city while staying in a quiet, private townhome only a 15-20 minute drive to Main Street and the ski resorts. This area is the perfect place for a fantastic vacation any time of year.

Deer Springs Specifics:
- 40 minutes from the Salt Lake International Airport.
- 13 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in Park City’s Old Town on historic Main Street.
- Enjoy multiple ski resorts close by including Deer Valley Resort ® and The Canyons 16 minutes away, and Park City Mountain Resort 8 minutes away.
- 5 minutes from the existing Jordanelle Gondola and future ski runs of the new Mayflower Resort, world-class skiing minutes from your doorstep.
- Immediate access to the Provo River, one of the best trout rivers in the West.
- 5 minutes to the Jordanelle Marina and its Aqua X Zone, an inflatable water sports park open to swimmers 6 and up; the marina also allows for waterskiing, wake boarding, sailing and some of the best fishing in the area.
- 20 minutes to scenic Midway and Heber City, with family-friendly activities during the balmy spring to fall season.
- 25 minutes from glorious scenery such as the Alpine Loop Scenic Backway (Highway 92) and Sundance ski resort and Mount Timpanogos to the south.

Getting Around:
While this home isn't close to any mass transit stops, the location is perfect for a passing by ride-share. Or remove the need for another service and rent a car knowing a private garage will keep it safe and dry.

Other Things to Note:
At Wasatch Homes and Land Property Management, we provide all paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soaps, detergents, and coffee for our guests. It's our pleasure to alleviate the need for a grocery run for those to get in late and those who just want to show up and enjoy the space!

The owners have provided a high-chair, stroller and other baby necessities for guests to use!

Most every window in the house features shades that can be adjusted to your desired comfort. Ski racks in the garage make equipment storage a breeze!

The newly opened Black Rock Ridge Resort and Hotel is right down the street and offers restaurants, a spa and fantastic places to spend an evening close to the rental. There is a restaurant and a bar located inside of the building that are highly recommended.

Interaction with Guests:
While we expect everything to be perfect for our guest prior to arrival, there are unforeseen circumstances sometimes out of our control! Luckily, we are located not far from this property and can be available if and when needed!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful townhome! With 4 adults and 4 teens, there was plenty of room for everyone. Michael was a fantastic host and always attentive to any needs. The house was just perfect for us - very clean, comfortable, and well maintained - and the hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes!

Lovely Stay in Hideout

Our family (including a teen and preteen) came to escape the southern heat of the summer and get outside! We loved our stay in Hideout. It was located perfectly between all the spots that we wanted to explore. The house was spacious and well stocked. We cooked many meals in the kitchen. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the patio. Michael was easy to get a hold of with any questions or issues, and responded back quickly. The kids loved the amenities including the hot tub, and ping pong table in the garage. Neighborhood was quiet despite the Park City area rapidly growing. Loved our stay and hope to come back again for more beautiful scenery and summer weather!

Everything in the place is brand new, modern and very nice. TV's, internet, Google connected home, fireplace. Tall garage for SUV with top ski-rack. Very nice relaxing hot-tub (high temperature if desired and rotating massaging jets). Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Very nice place to cook and relax after a day on the mountain. The attention to detail regarding all the new amenities was a nice surprise upon arrival and enjoyed throughout the stay. Property manager was very helpful when we needed something. Communication by email.

Perfect house for a friends weekend

I booked this house for an annual trip to Park City I do with a group of friends and it worked out great. The townhome has a nice floorplan with 3 king/queen bedrooms and larger bunks, plenty of room to cook and eat group dinners, and a hot tub. There's space for 2 cars in the garage and a driveway behind that. The house was super clean and the furniture was stylish and comfortable. The location is pretty good, 10-15 minutes from Park City, and the only down side compared to the area we usually stay in is lack of nearby grocery stores (I'd recommend buying groceries on your way there; otherwise Fresh Market in Park City seems to be the best bet). Michael was able to accomodate our request to check in a few hours early which was much appreciated. I'd definitely stay there again!
