This Modern Masterpiece is without hesitation, the best Overnight Vacation Rental in all of Midway City! This home has 2 Rear Decks & Private Hot-tub all overlooking the 1st Green of the Homestead Golf Resort. Memorial Hill make for a great view as well. It is just down the hill from the Zermatt and the World Famous Crater as our next door neighbor to the South! We are the CLOSEST Stand Alone Residence to the Homestead Crater and just a short drive to some of the Best ski lifts in the country. ATTN: The Homestead Golf Course will be closed from the Fall 2025 through Spring of 2027 for redesign of the course.

Awesome location, awesome home

We loved our time in midway! This house is perfection. The location sits right on a grassy hill will the best view!! We loved it all. And we will be back.

This house was amazing! The kitchen had all the necessary tools for the little amount we cooked (breakfast only). The beds were SUPER comfortable... probably the most comfortable of any bed ive ever stayed through VRBO. The views were atunning from the back deck and the hot tub was perfection. They are currently renovating the golf course behind the house so there were some downed trees and such that weren't great to look at but thats a temporary issue. The little town of Midway was so charming and had some great places to eat. Lola's and the Mercantile were amazing. If you're planning on doing things closer to SLC, keep in mind this house is an hour away from there so you'll be in the car a lot. We didn't mind that though and will definitely stay here again if/when we come back.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful City

This home was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location. We swam in the Crater at the Homestead Resort, and we were able to walk back to the house- it was that close. The floor plan is open and accommodating for a big group, and has a great view of a golf course. It is also conveniently minutes from Midway's town center. We would definitely stay here again!

Pre Christmas family getaway

Beautifully decorated home in a quiet neighborhood with no backyard neighbors. Our adult children loved the hot tub for relaxation. The kitchen was fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies which made meals a breeze! We also enjoyed the arcade games. We had a great relaxing time!

Love this place the ambiance was perfection. The house was clean and lovely. The only reason I did not give it the top listing was because the hot tub was dark green and smelled and was not usable but other than that it was flawless and would rent again.

One of the best!

This lovely hole in Midway was one of the best VRBO homes we have ever visited. It was as pictured and described…clean, beautiful, and well-located. I wish we were still there and hope to return soon! Kristen was very friendly and easy to communicate with. This is a definite 5 star property!

Business retreat

I met up with a couple of people I was attending a business retreat with. The property seemed too good to be true but I was willing to risk it since there were hotels available in the area. The owners were extremely organized with the materials for the property and when there was a issue that was out of their control they were very communicative so that we had the reached the best possible outcome. I would definitely stay at this property again.

I hosted a mother's retreat, and we loved the feel of staying in Midway. This home was a beautiful place to stay. It was advertised as being able to fit 10 people, but I was disappointed when there were only 8 bedding spots, and one of those, the hideaway bed was broken, so a few of my guests had to sleep on the couch and floor...big bummer when you're trying to give these mothers a retreat away. There were also missing plates and cups, so there was not enough dinnerware for us all. We managed and still had a fantastic weekend due to the company. We never heard from the host, so they might be far removed and allow a mangagement company to take care of it? The cleaners forgot to clean one of the bathtubs upon arrival. It might sound like I'm being harsh, but I would still recommend staying here as these are easy fixes. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

House was ideal for a family Christmas getaway. It has everything you need in the kitchen . The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious . Loved the arcade games upstairs and the fireplaces in the house. Upstairs wine cooler was a bonus . Kristen was a great communicator and gracious host . Will be back

We chose this specific lot to build our Vacation home on in this exact neighborhood since it sits on the 1st T-Box of the Homestead Golf Course, at the bottom of a Cul-de-sac & it is also the closest Single Family Home to the 'World Famous' Crater & the Homestead Resort. It is also just across the street from the Zermatt, making it the perfect picturesque location in Midway, which is the highest class community in all of Wasatch County!
