Beautiful Green Ridge Apartment in Scranton

Beautiful two-bedroom, third-floor apartment in Green Ridge. Walk to the area's best local coffee shop, yoga studio, or pizza place. A great place to relax and unwind with Wifi & local cable. Total renovation completed with all new flooring, painting, and furnishings.
I have lived in NEPA my whole life and am excited to host a place for guests to stay and see Scranton and the surrounding areas.
The space
The entire apartment available for you to use: two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, a cozy living room, and a grassy backyard.
Guest access
Some of the best coffee, pizza, brunch, yoga, and boutiques are in this neighborhood. To see Downtown Scranton or anything beyond that, I recommend using a car. Uber and Lyft are available in the area as well. There is plenty of street parking around the Airbnb.

This was a very cute apartment. Perfect for our little group of two couples away for the weekend. Would recommended 10 out of 10 and we all agreed, if we travel to this area again, we will definitely re-book. If you are in the scranton area, a great place for a weekend getaway!

Great stay in Scranton!

We really enjoyed our stay for a skiing weekend. The apartment had everything we needed to make homemade meals and was close to restaurants etc for ventures out. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and welcoming. The hike up the stairs wasn't the most fun, but was worth it for such a nice place!

We stayed here for our first visit ever to Scranton to visit our son who is a grad student at the U. Super cute & cozy. Great value for the price. Would stay again!

Great stay at great price

Wonderful stay at this place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cozy and perfect for a weekend getaway. The space had everything we needed. It is also close to everything we wanted to do in Scranton (steam town, downtown, restaurants, shops, and other sites) . Great communication with host. Does have 40 steps to enter- not great for anyone that can’t handle multiple flights of steps.

Although our booking was confirmed and we received an email with check-in instructions, when we arrived at the property around midnight after a long day of travel, we learned that the property manager had double-booked the apartment and it was already occupied, leaving us to scramble to find alternate accommodations in the middle of the night.

I grew up in the area and now when I bring my family with 2 young children to visit their grandparents, we need our own space. Esther's apartment is a great little home away from home! Super clean with everything we needed, especially laundry and a little kitchen. Esther was very responsive and kind as a host. As others have mentioned there are about 40 steps up, which may be a challenge for some, so just keep in mind. We wil vertainly stay again while visiting the area!

Lovely accomodations

We found the apartment modern, comfortable and welcoming. Communication great. Parking easy. Coffee, snacks, basic toiletries were a nice touch. We would stay here again. Working in the area for four days & it was a pleasure to have a place to come back to at the end of each. day

Green Ridgeland Getaway

We enjoyed the size and cleanliness of the apartment. Going up and down the stairs tested our logistical skills with the kids but it was worth it. We were close to family with our own oasis. Thanks for everything. We will be back

FABULOUS Space, location and host

My husband and daughter stayed here while they visited on their "Office Vacation" to Scranton. They could not have been happier with the host's communication and beautiful space. They each had their own room with comfortable beds and shared space to watch movies and hang out. They said if they ever return to Scranton this is a must stay place! Only warning is lots of stairs- no problem for them but if you have mobility issues make sure you are aware you do need to climb a few flights.

Though we somehow were not expecting to have to walk up three and a half flights, the accomodations were excellent! Only problem I had was trying to read hand written instructions from the owner before I put on my glasses, and added water to a coffee maker that was already full! The star of the trip was the food, though, and the recommendations were appreciated.
