There is room for two cars to park on the driveway and a heated garage to neatly store all of your equipment (equipped with ski racks, snowboard racks, bike racks etc.).

Head downstairs where you will find a large flat screen TV, surround sound, a dining/card table, a mini refrigerator/freezer, a shuffleboard table and a cozy down-stuffed sofa (karaoke machine included!). There are two bedrooms on this level, both with Full over Queen bunkbeds (all with new mattresses, down stuffed mattress toppers and premium linens) with a shared, fully appointed bathroom, as well as a storage closet and a linen closet to store all of your extras.

Head upstairs to the main level to find a stunning open floor plan that hosts an immaculate kitchen, dining room table, large leather living room sofa with modern furniture and an 80” flat screen smart TV. This level provides access to a wraparound deck through large glass doors that open completely to let you enjoy the fresh mountain air. The outdoor living space is breathtaking and has a gas grill, server window to the kitchen, outdoor lighting and views of the ski mountain and the Yampa Valley. Finally, the main level hosts the King Master Suite, complete with luxe bedding, deck access, a large ensuite bathroom with two walk-in closets, dual vanities, and a walk-in dual-head shower. To top off this immaculate home, head to the upper level to enjoy the rooftop deck which boasts more incredible views and a brand new hot tub!

Additional amenities include: shared heated pool, three hot tubs, a fully-equipped fitness center & private gondola access to the base of the ski area (summer closures.) Inside the home, enjoy a heated garage with ski/snowboard storage, coffee maker, Smart thermostats, Sonos speakers, heated floors, A/C (on the main level), keyless entry, personalized check-in, two parking spaces on the driveway and private winter shuttle service that picks you up and drops you off at the house.

-This home boasts two gas fireplaces-one inside and one outside.

-We now have a private hot tub on the top balcony! Also- we are just steps away from the community heated pool, three hot tubs, fitness center and game-room which you will have full access to during operating hours (hours vary). Robes in every room for your brief saunter to the Lodge.

-Our home is stocked with all your household essentials, high quality sheets and towels, and organic bathroom products, and an ample supply of laundry detergent, trash bags, dish soap, tissues, etc.

- Our home is cleaned, sanitized & disinfected before you check-in with products proven to eliminate viruses & bacteria. All linens are laundered to meet commercial standards. Our housekeeping processes meet and exceed CDC cleaning guidelines.
