Paradise!!!

I had such an enjoyable stay. Everything was clean and very proper. There were a few features I have never used but Kathy left very detail instructions on everything. Was very comfortable there!!!!! I was able to contact Kathy when I needed to and she even checked with me to make sure all was well!!!! She made me feel like I was home. I would stay there again and also refer anyone visiting the Cape to enjoy this beautiful home!!!!!!

Amazing place

We had an amazing time. The outside space was as advertised and loved the heated pool and the lanai. We spent a lot of time outside. Safe neighborhood and close to stores and beaches. The place was very clean and the check in and check out process was so easy. Our host checked on us a few times during our stay and was always available for questions. Definitely would stay again.

Family vacation

We loved having a pool to ourselves. House was stocked with what we needed. Lots of space for our big family of 6. Teens/young adults loved the setup. Convenient location to stores. Hope to be back!

Fantastic Home

This home was perfect for my family and I for the time we spent in Fort Myers. The host was great and followed up after check-in to make sure everything was going fine and we didn't need anything else from her. The outdoor space was great place to enjoy the evenings. I would highly recommend this property.

We’ve rented this property before because we love this property. Clean ,wonderful pool, easy access to everything . Owner is very nice. If time permits we will be back in 2025

Perfect family vacation home

We found this a beautiful vacation home to share with our children and grandchildren. The pool was the highlight of our stay. One of our grandsons learned to swim during our stay. What a thrill. Thank you for being such a great host, Kathy.

Relaxing Family Time

We loved our stay. The check in and out is a breeze. The host has excellent communication and has all the basic toiletries and cleaning supplies you need when you arrive. The host also provided ample bath and wash towels. It makes it easy to be on vaca! The pool both during the day and night was a big plus for the fam. As was the close proximity to Star Bucks, Ice Cream and a great Burger Place. The grill and Lani area was also great. Thanks so much for sharing your place!

Perfect Family vacation

Great stay! Good location. The house is fully equipped (more than I have ever experienced before), comfortable and it’s in very good condition. Check in and check out was absolutely easy. Kathleen is an outstanding host and always responded within a few moments. Overall we highly recommend this property!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen grandiosen Aufenthalt in diesem wirklich schönen Haus. Alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden. Über eine komplett und perfekt ausgestattete Küche ( sehr viele Gewürze, Kaffee, Aufbewahrungsbehälter, Spülmaschinentabs etc.), zu einem tollen und großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich bis hin zu gemütlichen Schlafräumen und einem schönen Außenbereich mit großem Pool. Die Lage ist vor allem für Ausflüge nördlich von Cape Coral gut geeignet, da man hier komplett Mautfreie Straßen hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in 5min zu erreichen. Das Haus war absolut top. Die Kommunikation mit Kathleen war super unproblematisch und total nett. Wir könnten uns definitiv vorstellen noch einmal hier unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.

Just stay here

There are so many wonderful things to say about this place. It is VERY spacious. 2 adults and 5 kids and we were not on top of each other at all. The kitchen came full equipped with literally everything we needed, and the wide island made it great for the kids to 'help' cook. The pool felt good. The linens and beds were clean. The tables were great for playing board games. Overall, this house is everything you need and more. Just stay here. The beaches were a drive, but not a horrible one. Plenty of fishing, even near by off the bridges (about 1/4miles down). Ft. Myers is about 30ish minutes and with fun stuff to do. The host, Ms. Faulk, was very responsive, and kind. We had a small accident day 1, and Ms. Faulk assured us we were fine and to enjoy our vacation. Her pool guy is very nice and came twice that week to check the levels and clean. Highly recommend staying here. We were overwhelmed with the number of places in FL for vacation and had no real destination in mind, other than the gulf. We landed on this place and it did not disappoint. Just stay here.

Perfect Cape Coral Home

My parents, wife, and my 2 kids (one almost 3 years old and the other 5 months old) stayed at this home to visit my sister and her family in Cape Coral. This immediately became the hub for all activities throughout the week with my sister's young daughters also visiting. We played in the pool all day, grilled in the evening, and played games into the night. The house was very clean, both inside and out. There are restaurants grocery storea nearby so the location was good as well. I would like to note that there is only one larger bed, so if you're traveling with other couples, they will need to sleep in separate beds. It wasn't a problem, but this was the case for my parents. I know it's stated in the description of the property but I missed this and was surprised. Again, it wasn't an issue - only surprised us when we arrived. I would also note that the pool (which is heated) is quite deep for small children. There was no part of the pool where my nearly 3 year old daughter could stand other than the large step at the entrance to the pool. I'm only saying this as a note - we were able to manage and all the kids (and adults) loved it. I'd definitely stay here again!

Everything we hoped for.

The property was clean, spacious, and beautiful. It was very easy to check in, and the property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive. She even helped us check in early when we found we'd be there sooner than expected. 10/10 would rent again.

Great vacation home and location.

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable home in a wonderful neighborhood. The cozy lanai with power retractable screens worked out great for relaxing and eating meals. The large, warm, saltwater pool was perfect for swimming and outdoor fun. The sun pad was a nice play area of the pool for our small grandchild while the older kids played in the deeper end. They really enjoyed the night swims with the multi color pool light on. The new stainless steel BBQ grill, located out on the pool deck, worked out well for our outdoor cooking needs. Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby and we found an amazing local church called Cape Christian. The church has a beautiful playground with a splash pad that’s open to the community. Our grandkids loved playing there. Awesome host with great communications before, during and after our stay. She was very accommodating to our needs.

This home was selected because of its convenient location, open floor plan, smart and modern technology and it is well maintained. The heated salt water pool makes each day a true vacation. You can work efficiently from here taking advantage of the fast connectivity. This neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Walking, jogging, cycling right outside the front door is ideal. Enjoy your visit and we hope you come back again!
