Hermosa casa de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños privada ubicada en el canal de acceso al golfo. Duerme 6 con un rey en el maestro, una reina en el segundo dormitorio y una litera completa / doble en el tercer dormitorio. La villa cuenta con todos los muebles nuevos, concepto abierto, cocina gourmet. Comedor, living con TV de pantalla plana.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, licuadora, tostadora y cafetera. El dormitorio principal tiene TV y puerta corredera a la zona de la piscina y lanai. El baño principal tiene granito, lavabos dobles y bañera y ducha separadas. Gran terraza con muebles de exterior, piscina con orientación oeste para fabulosas puestas de sol, spa, parrilla de gas, baño de piscina y ducha al aire libre conveniente.

Very nice house. Love the Floorplan.Pool was beautiful especially at night with the multi color pool lights!!Hot tub was nice but never really got warm. Thankful for all the things available.

We were pleasantly surprised, the pictures didn't do it justice. The house is nicely furnished with a open floor plan. From the kitchen you have a bar overlooking the living room and dinning room. I loved this for the family time since we like to cook. We were in the master bedroom and I loved the mattress. It was firm, but a little soft on the top. The neighbor hood is quiet,

Best vacation ever!

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. The first day, there was a plumbing issue that was resolved quickly and there was no issues since. The house had every single thing we needed. The kids kept yelling that it was the best vacation ever. It was so nice to play in the pool with the kids throughout the day, then put them into bed and enjoy the pool/hottub while they sleep. Sanibel island and Captiva island was just an hour away, perfect for a quick day trip but coming home and feeling like we could escape to our own piece of paradise. Literally have no complaints about the house or the trip. We will definitely return! :)

Amazing vacation!

This is our second trip to Cape Coral. We really liked that the house is a bit out of town. It’s close enough to town but far enough out it gives ya the feel of being on vacation. Jana was awesome! She even let us stay an extra day because of the tropical storm. We had a couple of minor issues that were quickly fixed. The pool and spa were fantastic! There are a lot of fish in the canal so fishing was good. I had a great birthday trip! We would definitely stay there again.

Nice getaway, close to it all.

We have been coming to this area for many years. This house was at the edge of Cape Coral. Close enough to get to all necessities yet far enough away to have peace and quiet. Hot tub and pool are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Even better than photos

This is really a nice house with an open floor plan. I thought it looked even better than the photos online which are accurate. Pool area is nice and the neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed being close to Pine Island. Jana is very responsive to questions or requests. We really had an enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Beautiful house

We had an amazing time! The house was so clean and beautiful! There are not a lot of houses built in the neighborhood yet so it was pretty quiet and private in the back by the pool. The bed was comfortable, the couches in the living room were pretty comfy too. Overall it was a great place to come back to after beaching it up all day or being on the boat cruising the intracoastal. The hubby says it would have been nice to have some fishing poles around and a boat dock LOL my son says the hot tub and pool were awesome!! I'm just a happy mom, relaxed and refreshed, thank you!

Beautiful quiet home and neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay any problems we had were quickly addressed by the host. The kids enjoyed being able to fish in the canal while I could relax in the pool or hot tub and keep an eye on them.

Quiet and private, on a canal with your own pool and hot tub

We really enjoyed this home’s quiet location. There were no close neighbors, so it was very private and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the screened in, heated pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The house was well supplied, including extra toilet paper and plenty of towels! There was also a cooler and ice pack which we used on our frequent day trips. We really appreciated being able to use the garage with opener as well. Although a ways from the popular beaches, the house is only about 10 minutes from Matlacha and Pine Island, and only 30 minutes from shopping and restaurants In Punta Gorda. There is a Publix within 5 miles. The neighborhood is perfect for walking and would be great for bicycles too. One suggestion- buy bottled water and ice as the tap water doesn’t taste good. We would definitely stay again. This trip was last minute and we appreciated how easy Jana was to work with. This was one of the most trouble free vacation rentals we have done.

A perfect Covid vacaction

We stayed for the month of February to get out of the cold of winter and have time to sun and swim, and pursue hobbies. The beach was not our goal. That being said, this property met all of our needs. A heated pool, privacy, hot tub, a great kitchen, and comfortable beds. The wifi isn't super fast (+/- 12mbps) but we never had issues with streaming TV, listening to music, or video calls. We rarely left the house, had most of our groceries and meals delivered and were never bored. The nearest shopping centers and food are 4.5 miles away, and easy drive on good roads. IF you are interested, beaches are one hour away. If there are more than four people in your party you may want to bring additional beach towels. We had just enough with three people. The property management company was very responsive to any issues we contacted them about.

We loved it

The house is very clean. Our family of 4 had alot of space. The pool and hot tub were very nice and warm. The beds were so comfy! Would definitely recommend.

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood. Close enough to stores and restaurants. Few suggestions would be maybe a few more beach towels for the pool. They only had 2. Also maybe glass casserole dish and 9 x 13 cake pan. Would stay again

Great house

This was a wonderful house to stay in and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful!!! The pool and hot tub was an added benefit for your time down there. We had a few issues with the alarm system (which I'm sure they will get it all figured out) and the a/c which was taken care of promptly, and the water tended to smell a lot like Sulfur but I think that is just the Florida area because we smelled that a lot of places. We would definitely stay here again loved the property..

I can’t say enough about this rental! Above and beyond accommodating! Very quite area, but close enough to everything. Hot tub and pool were amazing! We purchased a property to build on while on this trip and we are looking forward to our future stays while we build! Thank you!!!!
