Best place to stay

Can’t beat the location, room quality, excellent staff. Very comfortable and super accessible to the beach and local restaurants and retail. Close enough to Destin to enjoy its activities, but just far enough away to avoid the crowds and traffic.

The bands needed to be on site were a bit of a challenge to keep track of when they fall off in the ocean and pool. I can see the benefits but just somewhat of a pain.

Enjoyed our stay

We’ve stayed at the crescent before and again have had a wonderful experience. Great location, close to the grocery store and restaurants. Views are great. Easy access to pool and beach. Had excellent beach service. Just wish the master mattress wasn’t worn down along with the family room chairs. Overall, would stay here again.

Wonderful condo

One of the nicest condos in the complex. Beautiful unit with all the amenities. Great view of gulf with comfortable and spacious seating and bedding. Very courteous and gracious receptionists. Looking forward to further rentals of this unit.

Exceeded our expectations

This is an excellent place for a family to stay! Clean, well kept, quiet, and beautiful. It was a bonus that this unit is right next to the elevator and the trash chute. The view of the ocean and pool is just great! The bedrooms, kitchen, living room is exactly as shown in the photos. We look forward to coming back.

We will be back!

From the time we walked in to the time we left, everyone was pleasant and provided great customer service. Room was very clean, looked just like the pictures. My only suggestions would be for there to be at least a broom available in the room. If you intend to cook all of your meals, you will need to supply all condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc).

A word to the wise

This was my 11 stay at the Crescent, my first in this condo. This will be my first review. I always came away with good thoughts about my stay. Granted some condos were better than others but all the previous ones made it to the level I considered the Crescent brand. This one however was different. I would only suggest to the people who stay not to judge the other condos from this one. This owner should either upgrade and improve the condition or sell to someone who will make renting rewarding.

Cute condo perfect location

We always love our stay at Crescent, this condo was a perfect location and had the best view that we’ve had at the Crescent so far. With that being said, the owner has some things they really need to address. The master bedroom fan does not turn on. The bath tub is barely functional, it took me 15 minutes or so to find a decent temp & fill it up to bathe my small children in. It’s either scalding or freezing because the faucet handles are messed up. The kitchen faucet is also messed up, it kept falling off and it too is impossible to find a decent temp. The biggest issue was the dryer, it turns off after 10 minutes despite us trying out different settings. So getting one load of laundry dried took all day because we continually had to turn it back on. We called on day 2 of our 7 day stay & they came and checked everything and said they’d have to contact the owner. Nothing ended up being done about any of the issues. Overall still loved the condo but for the price you pay for these condos it’s really unacceptable to have that many issues go unaddressed.
