Welcome to Huntington by the Sea 107, a beautiful one-bedroom unit located on the first floor! This recently renovated corner unit has its own private entrance dedicated to this condo.

Upon entry to Huntington by the Sea 107, you are greeted by a fully appointed, well-stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals or a quick snack to take to the beach. An open dining and living room concept immediately follow, with comfortable seating for guests after a long day at the beach and pool. Sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and the emerald waters welcome you from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for all. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and calming sunsets directly overlooking the beach!

Refresh every night in the comfortable king bed located in the master bedroom, while the kids relax in the queen sofa sleeper located in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful white sands and beach views from both the living room and bedroom.

Now Included, Seasonal Beach Service Two Beach Chairs and One Umbrella, March 1st through November 27th.

Guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are not allowed and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

We will be back. Perfect location. The view is spectacular! Your cleaning crew needs to mop and scrub the bathtub. Looks like they're just wiping things down and not taking the time to really clean especially since the guest are paying for cleaning fees. Just couple of cosmetic. The front door needs painted and the baseboards inside. Need another mirror. Maybe a full length on back of bedroom door or one on other side of bedroom tv. Just remove one of the pictures there. It was an awesome visit and we will back. Highly recommend 🥰

This location was so convenient for us! Being on the first floor with a baby is very nice, since you can simply walk out and be on your way to the boardwalk. The patio was nice to enjoy and the space has pretty much all that you need. The one big downside is that there aren't laundry machines in the actual unit, but there are public ones available in the condo building (but paid). Besides that, the neighborhood is quiet and a huge perk was having free beach chairs and an umbrella. Great spot and we'd consider coming again!

Loved staying here! The best parts were the private beach, the free beach chairs/umbrella everyday, the body boards and extra lounge chairs, and the area was so quiet, not at all crowded like high rise condo beaches. Bed was very comfy and the porch was easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Great location and easy access being a corner unit. Made going back and forth from the beach so nice! It was also very clean and property managers were quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely come back again!

Not the best

When we got there, the room initially smelled ok, but it was just surfaced cleaned. My daughter’s feet were black within minutes. The toilet stunk. We had a few roaches. The oven handle broke while we were there. The shower curtain had pink/black mold. Scenic Stays was fairly responsive. However, housekeeping was supposed to come back to clean, and they only changed the shower curtain. Would not stay again.

The condo had everything needed, and a short walk to the beach! Great location as stores and restaurants are close by also. Would definitely return!

Great overall, just a small fixable concern

We loved the condo. It had what we needed and nothing extra, and was ideally located. Beach wasn't crowded at all for Memorial Day weekend. Unit was very clean, except there was a urine smell around the toilet. Also the toilet seat was loose on one side. We will definitely stay in this building again!

Summer getaway

Mildew on shower curtain and wall in the bathroom. Only one mirror in the whole condo. It needs some updating on appliances. The frig smelled terrible. We bought baking soda and put in it. There was a plastic mattress cover on the mattress that would sweat you to death. It sounded and felt like sleeping on a plastic bag. Porch is never cleaned off. We had to sweep it off to keep from tracking sand in all day. The pots and pans were terrible I don’t understand the cleaning fee they charge because you have to clean before you leave.

Great getaway

This property location was amazing. We have stayed at this property before, not this room but the property. We did NOT like the bed and the feeling we were sleeping on plastic. Every time you move it makes noise: I get trying to preserve the mattress but this is a bit much. We will NOT book this room again!! We have stayed at this property and rebooked rooms we loved. This was not one of those. Take the plastic off the bed and we would love to comeback.

Overall, great stay! The location is everything. The beach is right out your back door. Condo is clean. Only thing that could make it a 10/10, the shower needs to be redone and the couch, albeit comfy, has noticeable stains.
