This quiet corner condo is the premier unit in the complex for its beautiful views of Courthouse Butte. Walk to hiking trails, shopping, dining (restaurants, coffee shops, pubs), art galleries, yoga & golfing.
Enjoy the heated pool (Mar-Oct) & workout area, and relax at night with a sleeper sofa in the living room, 3 TVs, and blackout curtains. It’s your perfect home base!
This condo is located in the heart of the Village of Oak Creek (VOC), just a few minutes away from Uptown Sedona, the VOC is quieter and more peaceful than Uptown Sedona or West Sedona. The VOC is where most locals live, and the last few years have brought a boom of Sedona's newest restaurants, shops, and art fairs to the VOC.
A stay in the VOC will prove more restful than a stay in Uptown. Plus, you'll be nearer to the most popular trailheads of Bell Rock, Courthouse Butte, Cathedral Rock, and more, and you'll avoid the heavy traffic and tougher parking of Uptown.
Two parking spots are included with your stay. Guests are welcome to charge an electric vehicle for FREE with the 220-volt EV charging station conveniently located in the parking lot.

My wife Julie and I chose Sedona for our second home (when we’re not freezing to death in Wisconsin!), and we’re delighted to share our town with you! We enjoy interacting and learning from our guests, and love introducing them to the joys Sedona has to offer.

Sedona has been called “the most beautiful place on Earth” and for good reason. The red rock formations found throughout Sedona offer something for everyone: a tranquil place to reflect, beautiful hiking, world-class mountain biking, and challenging rock climbing. Sedona is so close to my heart that I even wrote and published a travel guide to the area!
We chose the Village of Oak Creek section of Sedona because it offers all the amenities of Uptown and West Sedona, but without the traffic jams & crowds. It is a peaceful, quiet area where often the only noise you hear as you’re falling asleep is the howling of coyotes. At the same time, the Village boasts art galleries, shopping, a plethora of restaurants, bars, wine tasting, groceries, and much more.
We chose the Village of Oak Creek section of Sedona because it offers all the amenities of Uptown and West Sedona, but without the traffic jams & crowds. It is a peaceful, quiet area where often the only noise you hear as you’re falling asleep is the howling of coyotes. At the same time, the Village boasts art galleries, shopping, a plethora of restaurants, bars, wine tasting, groceries, and much more.

This condo is an end unit, making it one of the quietest in the complex. It also provides the best red rock views in the complex, with stunning living room views of Courthouse Butte. We have also renovated this condo extensively, upgrading the flooring, lighting, shower, fireplace, plumbing, and more! It has all the amenities you'll need to enjoy a restful stay in Sedona.
It’s my approach to hosting that really sets it apart though. After all, there are many great homes, but great hosts are much harder to find. My goal is to provide a home that is always cozy and convenient. You’ll find a kitchen stocked with more dishes, pots, and gadgets than you’ll ever need and plenty of extras that most hosts don’t provide: a cooler, yoga mats, headlamps, free EV charging, a bike pump, and a Red Rock parking pass for free trailhead parking in the area. I’m also always available to answer any questions you have, either about the condo or the area in general, and always respond as quickly as possible. I love introducing guests to this beautiful area and want their stay to be as wonderful and memorable as possible.
