Mi casa tiene 2 habitaciones con camas queen size, 2 baños y una cocina totalmente equipada lista para su uso con café y té de cortesía. Lavadora y secadora en el hogar. Televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones con cable, DVD y conexión inalámbrica a internet gratuita. La casa tiene una cubierta envolvente con parrilla de gas y mucha privacidad. Está a pocos kilómetros del centro de Sedona, con tiendas y restaurantes a la vuelta de la esquina. También está a poca distancia del comienzo del sendero Bell Rock.

Quiet, serene, comfortable, great location.

Nice neighborhood, nice kitchen, great amenities. Spent 10 fabulous days there. The views of the surrounding areas are amazing. Great local shopping for groceries, and items made by local artists (also items are less expensive than Sedona shops).

VRBO review

This property could become a very nice property to rent, however the owner has recently purchased this property I believe, and it needs several improvements to meet VRBO standards that we have come to expect. However Tina was very responsive to any issues that came up during our stay. Doing what she could in a short turn around to correct the problem. They do need to take time out and do a thorough cleaning and painting update to upgrade her VRBO but I believe she will as soon as possible because of her responses to my concerns and issues that happened. Location to Bell Rock is great and having use of a garage was very nice.

beautiful area

The property was clean and very well stocked. This was not in Sedona, but Oak Creek. Which was fine with us, because we like the quiet atmosphere of a residential neighborhood. The only problem we had was the tv volume would frequently go way up on its own and the remote wasn't very responsive (remote could have just needed new batteries). This unit also had a garage for us to use. I was really surprised that the previous tenants had a dog even though there was supposed to be no pets allowed. We did notice the pet odor. There was a grill on back deck which we used. I would recommend trimming back some of the branches by the deck.

Great location

Staying in Oak Creek was great. It’s about 15-20 min outside of Sedona so it’s quieter and feels closer to the landmarks. Plus the drive from Oak Creek to Sedona is beautiful. This house was near everything in Oak Creek and in a quiet neighborhood. The only thing I would change is to hang the TV lower on the wall. It’s so high you have to look up to watch TV. Not easy to relax that way.

Close to Sedona but not too close.

The property is in an excellent location that is just several miles from Sedona. This lets you enjoy the area without the daily Sedona traffic if you don’t need to go in that direction. It was a five minute walk to access some of the trails or you could drive to the two most popular trailheads in just a few minutes. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The property was well maintained and just the right size for up to four adults. It would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan or vacuum to occasionally clean up the accumulated “trail dust” during the stay.

Ants and uncaring owner

The ants were all over the kitchen, on the counters, cupboards, the refrigerator, even inside the refrigerator. The owner succinctly and unpleasantly told us to go buy ant killer and take care of it. She never called to follow up or anything. After 4 1/2 days of continually spraying ants (when we were there), we departed 2 nights early. She gave us a refund for the 2 nights but we paid full price for the other nights. The unit wasn't very clean including big spiderwebs on the deck so we didn't want to go outside. We will not be back, and would not recommend it to our friends or family.

I have NEVER had a bug problem in 11 years. After you left I sent in an exterminator (he didn’t see anything) but treated the house anyway. I have had 6 guests since you left with zero problems.

Home Away from Home!

This was a great property to stay at. The condo has everything you need and feels I never left home, as Dona the owner thought of absolutely everything and there was nothing missing to ask for .The location in the Village of Oak Creek is great ,the rooms nicely decorated and it feels very homey. We stayed there for 6 nights. Thank you Dona. We will definitely want to come again. Regina

This was centrally located to explore all around Sedona and The Grand Canyon was surreal, indescribable and beyond our imagination! Would love to come back! This house was perfect!

Highly recommend.

The pictures do not do a great job representing this property. It is a beautiful home. It was the perfect size for our family of 4. Everything was clean and well maintained. So many extras that made us smile. I highly recommend and we would stay again.

Sedona getaway

The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to trailheads, restaurants , and shops. Everything was clean and all amendities were furnished to make a great weekend. We highly reccommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Well furnished. Even a crockpot which we used - nice to fix dinner and leave it all day while we were out hiking and come home to a hot meal. The biggest complaint was the bed in Bedroom #2 was very saggy! Needs to be replaced! My husband slept on the couch!

Stayed for the month of Feb 2020. Positives - location, size, layout, amenities, comfortable, garage, nice safe neighbourhood. Negative - unit was only superficially clean. Needed a thorough cleaning (under beds, corners, area rugs, ceiling fans, lots of dust). Owner is accessible and responded to our needs in a timely manner. Overall a great place to stay.

Wonderful relaxing retreat

Great place with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Off the main road so quiet yet a short drive to wherever you want to go and shop or sightsee. Fireplace to relax at night and comfortable beds.

Beautiful home. Nicely decorated. All the comforts of home. Nice location near Bell Rock. However there was a lot of dust behind the bed on the baseboard in the master bedroom and the entrance way is in need of sweeping as there were lots of cobwebs. More attentioned paid cleaning would have resulted in a 5 Star.

Beautiful home in a convenient location

This was a very comfortable home with a lot of thought put into all the details. I much preferred staying in the quieter Oak Creek Village area but with easy access to Sedona. Everything I needed was there including a very well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay at this property. It was close to everything in Sedona and was nicely decorated. It was the perfect size for two couples and had all the necessary items provided to make a stay enjoyable. The owner's response time for any questions was fantastic. If I ever go back to Sedona I would want to stay there again.

Beautiful townhouse in quiet neighborhood

Dona keeps this unit in pristine condition. Even The dinnerware coordinates with the southwestern decor. Both bedrooms are fitted with excellent queen beds. The kitchen has more spices than any other VRBO we have stayed at. In a 20 minute round trip walk we enjoyed gorgeous views of red rock buttes close by
