The exterior of this home provides a covered concrete parking and entry, a crisp and refreshing personal pool on the Gulf-front, two sprawling covered decks with amazing beach views, a private boardwalk to the white sandy shore, enclosed outdoor shower, a fish cleaning table, and a park-style grill to prepare your fresh catch.

The ground floor offers a spacious fenced pool, complete with a large covered lanai for shade. There are plenty of chaise lounges for your guests to relax along with a picnic table and two delightful outdoor showers. The first floor provides a game and media room with TV and foosball table for inside entertainment. Two sets of large double doors open to the breezy covered deck.

The second floor offers a fantastic gathering space with amazing ocean views featuring vaulted ceilings that offer a bright and airy living space. Two comfy couches and additional club chairs provide ample seating. French doors open to stunning views on the covered, open deck. Granite and glass subway tiles greet the chef in this well-appointed kitchen with a spacious breakfast counter that seats four. A large dining table which seats eight, provides the perfect location for dining, card games, and puzzles.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
