Spacious, bright, and airy 2br with queen-sized beds / 1ba residence with ocean views while you dine! Right across the street from the ocean.
The enclosed sunroom is the perfect place to relax in the evening after a day on the beach. Perfect location between Neptune Beach Town Center and downtown Jax Beach with plenty of restaurants and nightlife. 15 min to Mayo.

The entrance is on the 2nd floor

The property is located a block from the beach and within walking distance to local restaurants. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

Not a lot of drive up appeal, but once inside, it was an excellent place to stay. Ocean view. Clean. Well equipped. Good communication. Easy, quick access to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and a wagon to pull them. No odor (I read a review that it smelled bad, but that was not our experience at all.)

Greta location and lovely place

We enjoyed our stay so much. Jacksonville was nice and quiet but beautiful. The house is older but seems recently redone and the decor and finishes were nice. The host provided many essentials and beach chairs and a wagon. Good communication. Would definitely stay again!

Great Beach Getaway!

I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing beach escape. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views.The house is older, but clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The beach access was incredibly convenient.What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere and how easy it was to unwind. I would definitely consider booking again!

Perfect little beach house

Wonderfully updated, great location walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and of course the beautiful beach. Would definitely rent again!

The space is more spacious and brighter in person. It was very clean and stocked with all essentials. We had a great time, the location, location, location was excellent for us! Right by the beach, walking distance to anything we wanted and just outside of the more dense bar/restaurant spots, that you could easily drive to or take a little bit of a walk. Therefore, it was the right balance of action and quiet for us. The hosts were very responsive in the maybe 2 times we reached out, as everything was taken care of and the check-out is super easy. Thank you Nomad Hospitality! We will be back!

Cute little “beach shack” right across the street from the beach

Really great location. Place was clean and cute. Very convenient to beach access and also to many restaurants. Nice area. My only recommendation would be towel hooks and towel bars for the bathroom. 😉👍

Best clean and accurate condo

This condo was amazing! The listing was very accurate. It was very clean and well kept. Everything was fully stocked in the condo, beach chairs, wagon, towels, linens, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, everything you need. They even left some snacks for us, that was a nice touch! Everything in the condo was very thought out, the light switches were labeled, there are extra plugs and usb ports in every room, they even had sound makers that help my daughter go to sleep at night! The check in was a breeze, they give you a 4 digit door code that is easy to remember. 10 out of 10 we will definitely be booking with Nomad again!!

Stayed here because of the 5 star ratings - definitely did not have a 5 star experience.

Some of the lowlights of our stay:Code that we received initially didn’t work, had to wait for a new one to be sent. STRONG chemical smell caused us to get sick, we had to have one of our guests stay at a hotel because of their asthma (apparently an odorizer had been left on). Old place - toilet seat pinches, no plug in bathroom sinks, low doors, floors all uneven. Kitchen not stocked as well as all other vrbo’s we’ve stayed at. When reaching out to the property manager for concerns we continually got automated responses asking for a 5 star review. The night before leaving we were washing all of our clothes only to discover that the washing machine didn’t work - it washed the clothes but did not spin or drain so we spent our last evening wringing out all of our clothes so that they didn’t exceed the weight limit of our luggage. When we asked if a discount might be offered (particularly because we had to put up our guest in a hotel nearby which was NOT cheap) we received no reply. We would not recommend staying here. Very disappointing stay.
