Welcome to Lucky 13th - Unit A — a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath Jacksonville Beach home that sleeps 4, just a half block from the ocean. Walk out your front door and you are on the sand in under 2 minutes.

The unit spans the 1st and 2nd floors of a 4-unit building. Both bedrooms have queen beds, ideal for couples or families with older kids. The half-bath on the main floor means no one is waiting in line in the morning. Look for the letter "A" on the private ground-floor entrance — no shared lobbies, no elevator waits. Just unlock and unload.

The full kitchen handles real meals — oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a Keurig with coffee and tea stocked. No need to eat out every night. The in-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter for longer stays and come home with clean clothes. Free parking on the premises keeps the trip budget simple.

Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk for fresh seafood after a beach morning. Mellow Mushroom is also 5 minutes on foot for pizza and craft beer in the evening. For a fancier night out, Refinery Jax Beach — an oceanview dining spot — is 7 minutes away on foot. The Jacksonville Beach Pier is a 12-minute walk for fishing or watching the surfers.

This is North Jacksonville Beach — lively year-round with beach cruisers, runners, and surf culture. Expect an active neighborhood with ambient noise, especially on weekends. Keyless entry makes check-in seamless. Beach towels, sound machines, full bathroom supplies, and laundry detergent are all stocked. The hosts live nearby and are available if anything comes up, though most guests find everything ready to go.

Great Beach House

My family had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The townhome is exactly as pictured in the listing and was roughly a block to the beach. Communication was very straightforward and the check in/out process couldn’t have been easier. We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we’re in Jax!

Perfect beach getaway

This property was perfect. It is 2 blocks from the water and it’s walking distance to great restaurants and shops. There are several grocery stores near by and the unit is well prepared for a family who likes to cook or grill. We had a great time fishing, walking the beach and hanging out with family. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean property - will stay again!

We had a great, quick stay. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. The home itself was extremely clean, well laid out and decorated, and in a great location. Everything was comfortable, there were sound machines in both bedrooms (which is huge for me!), and the bathrooms were very clean and updated. I can’t say enough good things about the home, the communication, and everything else around this stay.

LOVE this place❤️ Perfect for 4 adults!! Bedrooms were nice size Only 1 full bathroom with double sink upstairs & 1/2 bath downstairs but we made a shower schedule & it worked PERFECTLY!! Kitchen had everthing we needed & LOVE having the patio to enjoy the ocen breeze & LOVE being only a block from the beach!! PERFECT location!

We loved our stay in Jacksonville! The property is updated, clean, and well maintained. It supplies everything you need for your visit. Check in and check out were a breeze. You only cross one (not very busy) street for beach access.

Perfect place to stay next to the beach!

I thought it was perfect for a family of four adults but children should have a blast as well. Everything that you think you would need is provided on the property. I would bring a few extra towels of your own cuz you can never have too many towels. Love the place hope I get to go back again sometime soon.

Both my wife and I were very impressed with condo. Very close to beach(within walking distance) and very good restaurants near by. Condo was clean and suitable for the two of us. Definitely would recommend and we will attempt to go back in 2024.

Great location and super clean

The property looks exactly like the pictures - very cute, modern, and extremely clean. The property management is very helpful and provided clear communication on check in and check out procedures. The location is terrific whether you’re heading to the beach or looking for shopping and dining. The only issues that we had were the noise coming from people walking by on the street at night going to or coming from the beach and loud cars driving by. These issues were understandable due to the proximity to the beach.

Great Accommodation

Great property - 5* stay. The unit is well located - only a quick 1-block walk to the beach. Spotlessly clean, well furnished, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds - what more could you ask for? The hosts are local and very responsive. We had a minor maintenance issue during our stay but it was handled immediately and with zero inconvenience to us. Off-street parking for 2-vehicles was easy to access. There are many bars/restaurants within a 4-5 block radius. An interesting adder was the installation of child safety gates at the bottom and top of stairs. These up/down units tend to have steep stairs. While intended for child safety, the top gate also made middle-of-night trips to the bathroom much safer for adults in unfamiliar surroundings with an open stair well. Good job!! Nice touch!! If I were forced to find a negative on the unit, my only comment might be that the windows could do with a clean!!

Okay Stay

We were okay with our overall stay but had several issues that did not meet our expectations. We were unable to use our entry code due to the smart lock having no batteries. This then took us several calls and some 30 minutes of initial frustration to get in with a manual emergency key/lockbox. We were greeted by a roach in the kitchen. We expected 2 bathrooms as it was 2 couples staying and getting ready for a wedding weekend and were surprised to find there was only one bath with a shower and the other downstairs with just a toilet. The description said 2 baths and should have said 1 1/2 baths. We never found in the description the size of beds and were displeased with the quality of the small mattress. Shower water pressure is extremely low, so plan to take a long shower to rinse hair. On the positive, the unit was well supplied with beach, bath and kitchen supplies. Unit was nicely renovated with great colors.
