Welcome to historic and trendy Lockeland Springs neighborhood in East Nashville, just a few miles from downtown Nashville and 15 minutes from the airport. The neighborhood is charming, with coffeehouses, restaurants, a health food store, art galleries and plenty of independently owned boutiques all within walking distance (see below for specifics). You can catch a bus to downtown a block from our house or park your car on the street in front of our house.

Our charming, updated 1910 Victorian is on desirable block within walking distance to Five Points. Beautiful hardwoods, updated kitchen, large master bath, awesome backyard great for outside dining and or rest and relaxation. The very spacious floor plan easily sleeps 6.

It is important to note that this is our home, we live here and our personal belongings are not removed during your visit. We have it professionally cleaned before each visit and do our best to offer the best accommodations possible but we do have dogs and the home is old so if you run into dust and or dog hair we don't want you to be surprised. We have noticed that we have lost stars on cleanliness and without any direct complaints and knowing that we always have it cleaned we felt it was important to set the dog hair/dust expectation as this is the only thing we could see that might have lost a star here and there. There are 2 chickens (not roosters) so they will not wake you up on the property.

East Nashville was identified in USA Today on 4/16/13 as one of ten "Best Neighborhoods in the Country that the Tourists Haven't Yet Discovered."
