Summary:
This townhouse is located in the heart of Capitola Village! Named one of the best California beach towns by USA Today, Capitola features an abundance of eateries and shops all along the beautiful California coast. You will be steps away from shopping, restaurants and best of all, the ocean! Parking is included so you won't have to worry about driving anywhere! Less than a 1 minute walk to delicious restaurants, local shops, and Capitola beach!

The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests
- 2 bedrooms (1 being a loft)
- 1.5 bathrooms
- 1 reserved parking space in the carport at the house. There is paid street parking available in Capitola Village, however please note a spot can be hard to come by, especially during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Small patio

- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable).
- NO PETS

Guest Access:
This townhouse does share a wall with a neighboring unit, and is accessed by a staircase. You will have full access to the home as well as 1 designated parking spot - a huge perk in the Capitola Village!

The Neighborhood:
Capitola is a coastal jewel in Santa Cruz County. This charming seaside village is known for its colorful beachfront houses, coastal boutiques, and fantastic dining options. With a relaxed atmosphere, Capitola is a paradise for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. Stroll along the picturesque Capitola Beach and explore the unique shops and eateries. The city's scenic beauty, combined with a vibrant community, creates a perfect beachfront destination. Plus, its proximity to Santa Cruz offers easy access to the Boardwalk and additional attractions, making Capitola a delightful coastal retreat.

This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

Getting Around:
- Whole Foods, New Leaf, and Safeway (3-6 minute drive)
- Downtown Santa Cruz and the famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (15-20 minute drive North)
- The Monterey Bay Aquarium (50 minute drive South)

Other Things to Note:
- The upstairs bedroom is a loft with an opening overlooking the living room and kitchen. All house access does require stair mobility. The area can be quite lively during the day and early hours of the night. It may be busy with travelers until about 11 p.m. at night. Traffic flow can be pretty heavy in the area as well (although the street the house is located on is not a heavily trafficked road).
- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
- TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels.
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.
- We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

wonderful property in Capitola Beach Village - our daughter is a UCSC student who had outpatient ortho surgery (thank you golden state ortho!) to repair a broken collarbone - we stayed here for 5 days with her to help her recover and it was perfect! really appreciated the comfort and convenience! we look forward to staying here again whenever we visit her!

Girls Getaway
Perfect location….just a couple blocks to everything in the Village. Easy access, but sometimes we had to try the code multiple times for it to work! Clean and well appointed. Tri-level, so there were stairs and varying degrees of temperature between the bottom floor and main. Would stay there again! Us girls had a great time!

Perfect location
Townhouse was excellently situated close to beach and shops. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, allowing us to lounge comfortable on the beach. Lovely walks amongst the period homes and close by to parks for hiking. We enjoyed the ambiance of Capitola and were glad we didn't stay in Santa Cruz.
