Charming Capitola Beach Cottage located on Lawn Way in the heart of Capitola Village. Just steps from the Capitola Beach, restaurants, wine bars and cute shops. Our updated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach house sleeps 2 guests. Includes newly updated furnishings with full kitchen, inside laundry, two smart TV's and Wifi. Our location is ideal for a relaxing getaway at the beach with everything you need within a short walk. Step right out of your front door on to "Lawn Way", where you can relax in the sun in the open grassy space. Or, grab our beach chairs and within just a few steps you're at the beach. Two night minimum stay. We offer one parking pass that exempts you from paid parking for your stay. Once you park your car, you will likely not need to leave as most everything you need is in the Village!

We stayed on historic Lawn Way for a long weekend. The location was perfect. The owner was also responsive and got right back with us if had we had any questions. I would highly recommend the cottage. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Our family loves Capitola! The Lawn House was just as described and you can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. This would be a great spot for a couple. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Capitola Stay

Wonderful stay booked last minute for a post wedding celebration. The accommodations were perfect, very clean with thoughtful touches through out. The location was simply perfect, an ideal location central to all of Capitola. Everything was walkable within a short block or two to shops restaurants and beach. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to anyone.

This property is just a block from the beach. It is within walking distance to everything in Capitola Village. There is a parking pass that will enable you to park on the street or in a nearby parking lot at not cost.
