Beautiful 2/1 Home - Walking Distance to the Beach

Come and enjoy our beautiful 2/1 house located one block from the Halifax River and a few blocks away from the beach.

Our fully renovated home has a King bed, 2 twins +, 1 pull out Queen sofa bed) & features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, two patio areas, and a cozy fire pit in the backyard.

Centrally located, you can chill at the house around the fire pit, walk to the beach & marina or explore the restaurants and shops close by. You may even see a rocket launch!
The space
Our 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house features two patio areas and a cozy fire pit area. It has a master bedroom with a king bed and a big screen TV. Plenty of closet space. The guest room has 2 twin plus beds and a flat screen TV as well. The living room has a pull-out queen sofa bed and a big screen TV. Separate dining room area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It comes fully equipped make cooking and eating at home convenient.
Guest access
Parking is in the driveway only. No garage parking.
Other things to note
We do not provide firewood for the fire pit but you can purchase it in local stores and gas stations. Use the fire pit at your own risk and please review our fire pit safety rules. Guests must sign a fire pit and liability disclaimer prior to stay.

The home is very clean, comfortable and quiet. It would be nice if it came with some coffee pods, but none there. Id stay again.

This is beautiful home with everything we needed. The neighborhood is a great place for a walk. Great proximity to free parking for beach access. We really enjoyed our stay.

"Aquality" experience

Neat, clean, good location. We could walk to 5 local breakfast places. Slept our family of four comfortably. Color scheme is fun and the outside area is good for relaxing. Great value!!

Nice Home Near The Beach

Had a wonderful stay. Home is stocked with extras like towels, washcloths, etc.. Kitchen had enough pots and pans for our family of 6. Just a few blocks from beach access. Highly recommend.

This house was perfect space for me, my husband and our teenage son for our weekend trip. The home was clean and charming. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect - 2 blocks from the beach and near a great little diner "The Cracked Egg" for breakfast. Not in a crowded area but a short, easy drive up into Daytona if you are looking for the busy beach scene. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the Daytona area.

Great beach house!

Nice house in a good neighborhood, walking distance to the beach & the Intercoastal. The best diner in Daytona, Pat’s Riverfront Cafe, is just around the corner. That was a definite plus!

BEST LOCATION!!

This was the most perfect spot for such a good price! We stayed 3 nights and it was a super beautiful and clean house with a nice sized back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed the walk to the beach, the restaurants within walking distance, and highly recommend the brewery right around the corner. We plan to come back and stay longer next time! If you are looking for a place that is around more local spots rather than the hustle and bustle, this was it! The owner also was very good with communication when we had questions. Highly recommend a stay here.

Great little place

Great location and easy access to Daytona Beach and other activities in the area. Property was clean and great for families to enjoy. Nice back yard to hang out and everything you needed there.

Overall it was good. Beds were uncomfortable. The fridge kept beeping every minute, the living room TV didn't work properly. Owner admitted that housekeeping didn't refresh/clean property before our arrival. Overall nice, but lack of attention to detail is evident. Owner can do better.

Great little house!

This house was just what we needed for our family. It had two rooms and a family room and kitchen. It was so cute! We could easily walk to the beach and there were some great sea food restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, clean, but…

We thought the house had a perfect location. Away from the noise of Daytona Beach tourism but an easy drive if you want to be in the action. We could walk to several great breakfast spots, and beach as well! The place was clean, and fulfilled our needs. Things that we would have changed: - while the beds are a memory foam mattress, they were actually pretty hard for my taste. My mother and I had a hard time getting comfortable. Would recommend bringing a soft topper or your own pillow for your preferred level of comfort. - the ceiling fan in main room had only a low setting but they do provide another fan. - since there is only 1 bathroom, would have been nice to have a full length mirror or another mirror to get ready in the other rooms. - it was a nice gesture to provide coffee pods! If you prefer another kind, you could bring your own kuerig cups. - key pad on front entry needs updating but Michael the owner piped in immediately to let us know how to get in!

Cheer and Dance

Visited Daytona for the NDA Cheer and Dance competition. Property was perfect. Located in the middle of the island and close enough to the ocean center, restaurants and shopping. Property was as listed. Communication with owner was easy and he responded quickly. A+ Experience.
