2nd story condo with beautiful marsh views and private balcony. Enjoy cocktails by the pool or sink your toes in the sand. The beach access is conveniently located across the road. Walk to the Cherry Grove Pier or take a short drive to mini golf or a variety of great restaurants. There is something for everyone. Please take note that motorcycles and Trailers are not allowed at this property.

Such a great condo for a small family! We enjoyed the pool and short walk to the beach! The view was also beautiful! Would definitely recommend and book again!

Everything went really smooth and easy to check in and out. Room was nice and clean. Everything we needed was close by. We are glad we found a great place to stay. Can't wait to go back.

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was very clean when we arrived. This was my son’s first beach trip and it couldn’t have gone any better. He loved the pool and watching birds off the balcony. Very close to the beach! Thank you!

Same beach as the big resort...

But with a very private, "alone" feel to the stay. We felt like we were staying in a private area without the hassles of a thousand other people in the same resort.

Overall a great stay but the AC decided to quit the first night there. But the owner was very quick to respond and send someone out to repair it - twice. Despite two nights with no AC we made the best of it and enjoyed the pool just downstairs from us.

Stunning View, Great location!

Absolutely loved our stay! The pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice! Great location! Across from beach access. Near shops and restaurants. The owner was lovely to deal with. We were very pleased with our stay!

First real vacation

It was beautiful and very clean. Right across the street from the ocean. First time my boys have been to an ocean so it was perfect. Just the right amount of room for 3 adults, a teen and an 8-year-old.

Nice Getaway

The unit was very clean. Easy access to beach. Little noisy at night but I would recommend this property. We hope to be back. Parking was minimal.

Great location

Amazing view off the balcony of the marsh to watch sunsets, boaters, and fishing. Short walk across the street to a great beach. Being the week of Fourth of July it was not busy at all. Pool was great and resident neighbors were very nice 😊 Terry was very responsive to any questions and no book long check out instructions everything was was very simple and easy for check in/out.

Good idea...Bad timing

Loved the location and the unit was better than expected. Everything was perfect except my wife got very sick and we were not able to really enjoy a vacation. We are determined to come back later this year!!!

Beautiful sunsets & great beach access

Our favorite things about this place were the balcony overlooking the marsh with amazing sunsets and the easy access to the beach across the street. The condo was clean and as described in the listing. If you plan on cooking, you will need some kitchen towels and sponge. If there are more than two people, you may want some bath towels as well. We had a great, low-key getaway here. Parking was convenient and never a problem to find a space. The owner responded quickly to any questions and was very helpful! The place could use some updating, but it was clean.

Great location and nice unit

We loved the location of this property and communication and check in were great. It has been remodeled and the pics don’t do it justice. It’s really pretty with a wonderful view of the marsh. The unit itself is amazing. There were a few minor things that if provided would make the guests experience easier. First, it needs more towels. Having one towel to use for a week isn’t good. Either that or allow guests to use the washer and dryer in the unit to be able to wash and reuse the same towels. Also, blankets, dish cloths, dish towels and an iron. Simple fixes but would make the stay a bit more comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again but would need to bring these items.
