Easy walk to everything in Rock Hall - The beach, the marinas, restaurants, bars and shops. 15 minute drive to historic Chestertown. Large rooms with plenty of common space to relax. First floor wheelchair accessible suite. Two zone central AC. New kitchen, baths, beds, floors and paint 2022. Sit on the front porch and watch all the other happy people walk and pedal by.

"Great property. Very clean. My daughter is in a wheelchair and I have rented houses that state they are wheelchair accessible in the past only to find they actually are not. This house was 100% wheelchair accessible. My daughter had a great time and was able to easily move around the first floor. The hosts are great as well. Very good with communication and very gracious. Would stay again!

Perfect Family Getaway

This charming house was perfect for my family to enjoy a few nights in Rock Hall. It had everything we needed and the owners even gave a warm welcome with snacks and local information to help make our stay more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for the Waterman’s Triathlon weekend. The home was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for our group of friends. Greg, the owner, was very communicative throughout the process, and check-in was simple and seamless. It made our weekend stress-free and enjoyable—I’d definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

lovely large home in quaint town

We have stayed in this home before. It's well kept and the owner is very available for questions. They provide sheets, towels, cleaning supplies which makes packing for us so much easier. Great rental for a large fam or multiple couples.

Great weekend getaway

Just lovely

Spacious, clean, loved fenced in space for kids and front porch in shade! Plenty of parking. Owner very responsive. We would recommend for big family or group.

Race to Rock Hall

We came for the annual sailboat Race to Rock Hall. We had two sailing teams sharing the house and everyone enjoyed themselves. We’ll be back next year

The house was as advertised and was very well maintained and spacious. The layout was perfect for our elders as well as the rest of us. The area is beautiful and quiet. Lovely for the peaceful time we all needed. Will rent again.

Perfect!

Newly renovated. While an old house, the inside is new with beautiful antique furnishings. Extremely well equipped with everything that you could need. The beds and pillows are all extremely comfortable. The towels and linens were all excellent. Communication with the owner is great and extremely easy check in.

Excellent stay with handicapped accommodations!

We loved staying at The Elbourne House! Clean, comfortable and with plenty of room for all of us. We spent the day at Eastern Neck wildlife refuge watching bald eagles grab fish the came back to town for a great meal at Blue Heron Oyster House. We love coming to Rock Hall and now we have the perfect destination with handicapped accommodations for our elderly mom. So thoughtful!

Great place for multi-generation family time

We stayed here for a week with kids, parents, grandparents and really appreciated having an accessible bedroom and step-in shower for a person with limited mobility. There were beds for all our kids. The dining area was good for board games. The living room was a lovely place to relax, with some holiday decorations. Kitchen was great for a rental house. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this place.

Highly recommend!!!

This house was great! The interior appeared to be newly (and beautifully) renovated. It was absolutely spotless, the linens were plentiful and fresh, and the property owners were a joy to work with. It’s in a great location, although that ended up being secondary to the quality of the home. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs, and this host was by far the most accommodating and thoughtful that I’ve experienced. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Sailing through History.....

We were five retired teachers traveling to the Eastern Shore of Maryland with scheduled stops for Annapolis, St. Michaels, and Easton. Rock Hall was a perfect spot to make day trips to enjoy these locations. The house itself is perfect, five bedrooms so we each had our own room, two full baths, and a full stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, linens were provided and the decor suited the farmhouse style. We had dinner at the Blue Heron which was within walking distance and the food was wonderful. The hosts were very accommodating and so hospitable leaving us fresh flowers, wine and a coffee cake to welcome us. We could walk to RocK Hall Landing to watch the sunset over the bay, breathtaking. I have rented over a dozen houses and this one by far was the best suited to our needs. We would gladly visit again, very pleased with our experience.
