Pet friendly - BEAUTIFULLY renovated, 2bed/2bath single level home, in the 55+, gated community of Fountain of the Sun. 2 car garage! Only 1 person must be 55+.
Please contact us on number of pets and type that you would like to bring with.

Look at the granite in the spacious kitchen.
Large flat screen TV with Direct Tv and WiFi. Tastefully furnished with all brand new furniture.
King bed in the Primary Suite with double sinks in the primary bathroom with a new tv, Pull out couch in guest room with desk and a queen air bed also available. Inside Washer/Dryer.
New Dog Park available to tenants with proof of current vaccinations and purchase of a pass from the HOA office for $25 - Pets considered with approval.. This property has has both dogs and cats as guests. Short wall fenced yard with BBQ grill. Seating on Patios in front and backyard to enjoy your coffee!
Enjoy laying on the loungers and catching some rays.

January 2-April 30 is NOT available any years. Check calendar for availability.

FOS has a beautiful golf course with the Birdie Grill! Amenities Pass available for purchase from the HOA office for just $10 per person for the FOS activities such as heated community pool and spa, pickle ball, shuffleboard courts, tennis and so much more (golf not included in pass). Max 4 people
No overnight parking on street.

This is a 30+ day rental property.

This home is priced PER day and each month may have a different rate so if you are booking in two different months, the daily rate may change for that. 30 day minimum BUT a discount may be available for 90+ day stays, just ask! Clean fee is $200. Damage insurance is required at booking thru this site. VRBO sets their own service fees, cost of insurance and charges and remits all taxes.

Lovely home with everything needed to get started for a month. A fun “welcome” bowl with a little bit of anything we might need the first night/morning! Will stay again.

We were in a perfect location. Everything we needed or wanted was within a short proximity.

The property was everything you can ask for. I don't think they left one thing out. It was like living in your own house. What ever you needed they had.

Delightful home near Downtown Mesa

This delightful home was exactly as advertised on VRBO. Clean, well-stocked with all essentials needed and centrally located. Could not ask for more. Definitely has our highest recommendation.

Perfect and safe

Traveling alone to help very elderly parents w/Dr appts. Perfect location - 55+ gated community with garage so felt very safe. Within 5 miles of everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend.

Dog Lovers!

This is a beautiful home! The owners thought of everything-including welcome treats and toys for our dogs. Modern and comfortable. We returned to the US from Germany after 5 years, and it was so nice to not have to worry about anything. Moving in was seamless. Now that AZ is cooling off, so nice to sit outside on the back and front patio. Great loction-easy access to the 60 and the 202.

Moving to arizona

My husband and i sold our house in illinios and moved to arizona while our house was being finished we stayed in this beautiful home. All are belongs were in storage. We packed like we were going on vacation. We could not be happier with our stay here. Every thing we needed was there. I mean Everything. The neighborhood was beautIful very well maintained. We even met some of the neighbors great people. Went to dinner at the golf club fun staff good food. Your only a few minutes from dining shopping and sightseeing. This home saved our life when our home was delayed. Brenda is awesome she was always available. Even though we are in our new house now we kind of miss it. We even keep in touch the friends we met there.

Beautiful rental, thoughtful touches!

Very nice property. Clean, nicely furnished, and even decorated for the Holidays! Communication with Brenda was great - I felt like she was there if we needed her. Direct TV with the NFL package which was great for watching the games on Christmas. Thoughtful touches with amenities like blankets, wine glasses, towels (for pool and showers), soaps, etc. You can hear street noise at night and in the morning in the guest bedroom. We will definitely stay here again. If you are visiting family in FOS community this is a great location. I wish the backyard/patio was a bit bigger but it’s still big enough for sitting and having morning coffee. Thank you for offering this is a rental property!!
