Access to the Kenai River, fantastic views, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for families, friends, and other large gatherings. This property provides a luxury experience, while you'll also feel right at home. This home will impress anyone! Enjoy the amazing, three-tiered back deck, with plenty of room for hosting your guests. A gas grill is provided to cook up your freshly caught fish, as well as a gas firepit to enjoy on the cool nights. Sit out on the deck while watching others fish from the river! The home offers an endless amount of sunlight, with large windows and great views of the river. The master bedroom offers access to the back porch for your morning coffee/tea, and the ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and gorgeous stand-up shower will make you feel spoiled.

Exceptional Experience

we spent a week at this loaction with 8 adults, 4 couples, and had an amazing time. On the river, views to die for, from the incredible patio, and close to stores and restaurants. Cannot wait o book for our next vaction to Alaska.

Amazing House!!!!

Our stay at this house was amazing. It was 4 adults and 2 small children traveling and we loved there there were 2 family rooms with TV’s everyone was able to relax in their own space. The views were amazing, the location was great (just 5 min drive to the town) and the host was very accommodating and had great communication. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic place to stay. Very responsive property manager. Great accommodations, lots of room, great deck for lots of additional outdoor space. We did not do any fishing but looks like they are set up to accommodate lots of fish processing and gace a huge chest freezer in the garage. Loved the fire pit and the bench to just have g out on on the river dock. Very nice! Highly recommend!

Great place on the Kenai River

This place was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, a great deck with gas fire pit to relax on, 3 fishing docks and fish cleaning station, and a great kitchen for cooking dinners and socializing. Also, can’t say enough good things about Kim the host. Great communication from booking to departure. We’ll definitely look to book again in the future.

Beautiful and roomy

We've been coming to Soldotna for the salmon run for 13 years now. This year, the run was unbelievable. It took us a few days to figure out how to avoid the snags in the river, then if I could catch a salmon, my pole wasn't in the water.The sweet spot seemed to be between the 2 rocks on the left deck for me. The home was spacious, and the best view we've ever had in a rental. The stairs to the river were nice too, being they weren't so many of them.We own 9 Sleep lab testing center's that have to have updated beds and pillows often, therefore I found the beds could use an update; however, I'm more aware of that than most people might be. The huge freezer and refrigerator in the garage was incredible to have. I wish I had one at home.Kimberly, the property manager, I can't thank her enough. I had a very specific request, something I needed very badly, and she was able to have it there even before we checked in. We wanted to book this property again but it wasn't available when we needed it, so unfortunately, we will have to stay somewhere else in 2027. It was a fabulous experience!

Beautiful home & wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our week long stay in this beautiful and immaculate home. It was equipped with everything we needed. The furnishings and decor were perfect! The view from the deck was breathtaking! We enjoyed having the fish cleaning station down by the river and the setup in the garage with the large freezer to store our fish during our stay. We appreciated the quick response from the owner and property manager when we had questions. We loved our stay!!

Beyond Perfect!

This is my 8th year traveling to Alaska. First time inviting our friends, 8 total. This property / home was beyond my expectation. Our group had no / 0 complaints. The views are breath taking. The location is far enough from town but close enough if needed. Very spacious, 4 great bedrooms (and mattresses) enough bathrooms and a kitchen with enough space for multiple cooks. We truly appreciated the use of their garage and extra fridge/freezer. Very useful for our staging space of fishing gear, shoes and jackets. The house manager was excellent and very kind to share places to see and eat. I feel very blessed to have found this home. The host owner, Don is exceptional. Thank y'all for a remarkable trip. July 17 - 24

Amazing House

This place exceeded all expectations. The house is newly remodeled and felt new. Thought the inside of the house was great and very comfortable, we spent most our time on the huge back deck around the gas fireplace. The views from back there are the best I have seen. We will be staying again.

Great house on the Kenai River

The home was very nice and clean. The decks on the back really make this house stand out with a long view of the river and surrounding mountains on clear days. Also a very nice propane fire pit. There was a grocery store nearby and plenty to do in the area. The host and property manager were sure to check in to see if anything was needed.

This home is incredibly special because of the love and labor put into it. From the gorgeous kitchen, to the spacious family rooms, and to the spacious back deck, this home was well thought-out. When you walk in, it immediately feels like a home-away-from-home.

The home provides plenty of space for gatherings. With three living rooms, there is room to also spread out for some quiet time. The views of the river from the living room are enough to draw you in for a while. The home provides a tranquil place to get away and recharge.
