En la planta baja: dormitorio # 1, tiene una cama queen con baño privado que da acceso a través del pasillo a la sala de estar principal para el uso del baño.

Amazing Stay on the Kenai River!

We’ve stayed at this beautiful VRBO on the Kenai River twice, and it has been an incredible experience both times. Our group of 10 was more than comfortable in this well-equipped and cozy house. The location is unbeatable—right on the river, with easy access to world-class fishing and stunning views. The house is spotless, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway. The owners are fantastic—responsive and genuinely care about making your stay perfect. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable trip!

The Best on the Kenai River

This property is absolutely the best. The home is so beautiful we didn’t want to leave it. Kevin and Jill are great hosts. They always responded very quickly to all our questions. Check in was so easy and checking out was just as simple. We couldn’t have wished for anything better.

Beautiful house good location

We stayed at this house with extended family for my daughter's wedding at a nearby venue. The house was beautiful with breath-taking views. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice. Each room was spacious and comfortable. The only downside to this house was because of the vaulted ceilings sounds travel and the upstairs bedrooms pick up all noise from early risers talking down stairs. Even with that we would still stay again. Thank you for a great vacation house.

Perfect house for our group

The title says it all. This truly was the perfect house for our group. Ample sleeping areas, plenty of space to hang out inside & outside, fire pit, fishing deck on the Kenai river, and great owners that kept in contact from booking to checkout. It was a great experience and hopefully we'll get to enjoy the property again in the near future.

Beautiful Home

This home has so much space! Every room was well appointed and everyone said their bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The fishing deck was great to sit back and enjoy. The river moves quickly and I'm sure it's freezing, so be careful! If you're looking for a nice, spacious and comfortable home to stay in, this is the place.

Absolute Heaven

This home is likely the most appealing in all of Soldotna, the property is on a perfect run of the Kenai, with a fishing deck right on the water - though only minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, breweries etc. We had 5 couples in the group, the layout of this home could not have been more prefect - 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There was a small extra charge for the 5th bedroom - $150 total, just for setup and linens, this made no difference to us, this was our EPIC vacation and we wanted the extra space. The home is beautifully appointed with a custom kitchen that included every kitchen gadget you could possibly need. The living room is very spacious with comfy leather furniture and a large TV; a few in the group had to catch the Ol' Miss game ya know! The bedrooms are furnished with all high-end furniture and bedding. The bathrooms are exceptionally nice! We actually came away with a few bathroom remodeling ideas. To be more clear... this is not a cabin, it's a custom home. Let's go outside now (yes please) as that's where we spent most of our time while there. The back patio is very spacious and is 100% covered, for the little bit of rain we had while there. Lots of patio furniture and the view of the river from the backyard and patio is SOOO DARN beautiful, that our pictures looked photo shopped - not kidding! I was the master trip planner for a party of 10 adults - if you can imagine, I had plenty of questions from my crew, and bombed Kevin with them all LOL, he was very patient and handled everything with grace. We were fortunate enough to meet Kevin and Jill at the property, as we arrived a bit early while they were still readying the place for our arrival - both very sweet and told us to call or text if we needed anything. Other than more time at this beautiful property, the ONLY need we had the entire trip was a little more dish soap as we did cook there quite a bit and ran out - but again, the store is just 5 minutes away. A little more kudos for the owners....our flights out of Anchorage weren't until midnight and because there were no other guests arriving that same day, Kevin allowed us to hang out at the house until 6PM, this made all the difference in the world for our last day. This was a spectacular home and a spectacular first trip to Alaska - we can't wait to come back!

A Soldotnan Paradise

Kevin's property was just perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay on the Kenai River. Every bedroom has a gorgeous view of the Kenai River, but that can be said for nearly any spot in the house. The living room area has a spacious and modern layout which was great for hanging out in, not to mention the deck with the many seating arrangements and firepit to soak in the Kenai River at dusk after a day's worth of fishing on the platforms just below. The private fishing platform was one of the many highlights of our stay - we were able to catch some coho from essentially the backyard of the house. A few guides were drifting their boats, passing by the platform along the riverside that the house is on, which is a clue to the fact that it's a great point for fishing with the added benefit of privacy & convenience of the platform. Bald eagles, gulls, the jumping fish, and even seals added to the splendor of the Alaskan experience. Still, the house is just 5 minutes drive from town and anything you might need, but that 5 minutes was the difference between the well-to-do city of Soldotna and the idyllic peace & isolation of the Fraley house.
