Enjoy being in one of the nicest neighborhoods of Atlanta, convenient to nearly anything in Atlanta you'd want to reach! It's a guest suite that is totally separate from the main house with a private entrance and parking. It is steps away from El Tesoro, one of the famous eateries in town. It's walkable to The Beltline, Candler Park, and many other great attractions!

This guest suite is a totally separate unit from the main house with a private entrance and private parking. It has a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with a Keurig and K-Cups, hot plate and toaster oven for cooking, refrigerator and cooking supplies. The living room has a pull-out couch, card games, a large TV, a dining table, and a desk for remote working.

Supplies: hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, K-Cups, shampoo/conditioner, cooking supplies (aluminum foil, cooking spray), etc. will be provided at the beginning of your stay!

Very clean, well organized, large studio apartment over a garage. Everything that one would need for a stay of several days was there (except perhaps a luggage rack). Very convenient location.

Nice touch for small space

Nicely done, the place is a bit smaller than it looks. If you’re traveling alone it’s fine. The listing states 1br/1bath, it’s a studio apartment. No bedroom. It states it sleeps two/there’s a pull out couch. There’s a couch that extends with large ottoman, it’s not comfortable to sleep on. A pull out couch has a mattress. Kitchenette was well stocked; bathroom toilet seat was loose; almost to the point of coming off. Only 1 roll of toilet paper provided; need to leave more for guests. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was ok, close to dining/shops, but did see some hobos nearby. The apartment is upstairs, over the garage, parking space is good for a small car. Driveway is very narrow.

Clean, beautiful place helpful host

The host response was very prompt when anything was needed. Cody responded in under an hour. There was everything listed there. Very close to places to eat, go to the park. I would recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!!!

The Nerve

The property when advertised shows the fridge my if a two story house so whe seeing how it’s advertised in a photo it will have you thinking that you will be getting the entire hose. I checked in a day late due to a train derailment with Amtrak. I brought this to my host attention NO RESPONSE. I want asking for any money back I took the lost on the chin. The code that was given to me using the front door entrance that I seen on the photo was to someone else lounging!! The young ladie was kind enough to show me where I should enter and it WAS SLL THE WAY AROUND THE BACK OF THE BUILDING HUN?! I get into the unit after combining 20 steps get into the unit NO AIR!! I was able to contact the host he sent hi HVac people out and the fixed the situation promptly and I thank you what but it’s more. I traveled to Atlanta for the death of a loved one my family that lives in Atlanta came to visit me at the Anne. 6:00 a.m I get a text from my host with a complaint of parking and partying in the unit ok I understand about the parking but partying. I text my host letting him know that the people that came over was family discussing the death of a little bed one Oh yeah you can reach out to me 6a.m but can’t respond to me at all about my train delay making me lose a day in which Amtrak will reimburse me from r any losses and dint even have the common decency to give condolences to me for my lost!! I home I can post pictures of the soiled sheets and spreads the cigarette burn in the spread th

Five Day Business Trip

My husband and I found the accommodations perfect for us. It had all the things we needed to our 5 day stay during our company convention at the Mercedez Benz Stadium. We had our own guest parking space, easy check in, and a grocery store close by to buy food and keep it in the fully stock kitchen. The area was quite and easy access to freeway. We would definitely stay again if ever in the Atlanta area.

Centrally located

I had to work in Atlanta this week. This was a perfect alternative to staying in a hotel. Nice and clean very centrally located. Great property.

My birthday stay

Me and my girlfriend had the pleasure of staying at this property. And would love to come back to Georgia and stay at this property again in the future. We enjoyed all the amenities and everything that was included in our stay and everything the owner provided.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

The space was very clean and inviting. It was equipped with everything needed to be comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! We had a question for Codie and he was very easy to get in contact with. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Perfect Stay!

This was a great place! Everything is as pictured and more spacious than I even thought. It is close to Little Five Points, Downtown Atlanta, Fernbank, Emory, and Downtown Decatur. The neighborhood was super quiet and secure. I highly recommend it!

This location was perfect for my fiancée and I. Just enough room for the two of us and romantic. We were close to everything just minutes from downtown. Definitely will stay again!

Private Gem in Great Neighborhood

We spent 48 hours in Atlanta and picked a great location and spot to stay. It truly is a fully functional studio apartment with groceries within walking distance. Everything was beautifully thought out by Codie (including board games, two fluffy robes. and plenty of towels). We walked and used Uber to get around and found that this place was in a perfect location for us. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.
